I used Beakkon for support in understanding what my son is entitled to as he prepares to move into secondary school with additional needs, and I’m really glad I did.

The lady I spoke with was very friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing, which made a big difference as it can feel quite overwhelming trying to navigate SEN support. I felt listened to and supported throughout the conversation.

What stood out most was that she also offered further assistance if needed, which was really reassuring. It felt like genuine support rather than just a one-off interaction. I would definitely recommend Beakkon to other parents looking for guidance around SEN support.
