Have taken 499 plan matches did not response
Gave reference to my friend got 1 match did not respond
Yesterday took 999 plan got 3 matches all of them not responding
This is not acceptable refund my money
I dint think this genuine app pls be aware dont fall in thier trap

It is a great platform for people who struggle to make friends, you can easily find people your age who are nearby your area. Great experience with this platform 😃.

Making friends as an adult is genuinely hard, especially when you're not someone who loves networking events or loud social settings. Tried Be A Frnd on a whim and wasn't sure what to expect.
The people I was connected with were thoughtful matches similar life stage, similar interests. We're not best friends yet but we've had a couple of good chats. My only gripe is that the app interface itself feels a little basic and clunky in places. Nothing deal-breaking, just feels like the tech side hasn't caught up with the quality of the actual service.
4 stars for the idea and execution, minus one for the UI. Would still recommend it to anyone serious about finding genuine connections.

Good service. Got some great matches.

Worst experience. Human curated profiles is a joke. Customer support is pathetic. I demanded refund as I was not happy with their service, it's been more than 15 days and I am yet to receive it. I have complete chat history with their customer support to prove it.

Amazing no fake profiles and helpful people

Very poor service. The contacts they provided after sign up, did not match the information advertised on their website, and they only shared contacts from India, which were not relevant to my requirements. After I contacted support, they provided one contact from my city, but the phone number was incorrect. Later, they provided another set of contacts that were again irrelevant, as I am from a different country than the one those contacts were based in which is India.
If they cannot provide genuine contacts from certain countries, they should not advertise those countries on their website in the first place.

Eventually, the support team stopped responding altogether. There also appears to be no proper way to request or receive a refund. Overall, it feels like the service is mainly focused on taking users’ money without providing genuine support or accurate information.
