Bear and Rose Reviews

The product and post sales customer service is excellent. The only warning/advice I would give is on potentially lengthy turnaround times. Their website fairly states they need up to 7 days processing, with postage time on top.

Just due to where weekends dropped and the timing of my order, my product took 9 working days (and 13 total days) to arrive in my letterbox after placing an order - just make sure you order in good time!

You are amazing! I’ve been looking for name plaques on and off for three years and I’d never really settled on one. I’ve just received my name plaques and I can’t believe the quality. It is absolutely beyond anything I’d expected and I’m just so so happy with them both. Even how they were packaged was impressive. THANK YOU. I am over the moon.

Great quality,lovely characters,granddaughters loved them.
Arrived quickly well packaged

I am a returning customer who absolutely loves the quality of the products and the fantastic service that goes with it. They will go out of their way to help you if you were to reach out for support with an order. I’m so impressed!

I was thrilled with purchases. Thank you 😊

Wrong parcel was delivered by the courier and Bear and Rose sent a replacement. Great Service. Thanks

Such a wonderful company, have ordered several times now - quality and service is next to none. So incredibly helpful.

Received my Christmas name tags and Christmas Eve plaque they are so lovely. Thank you. Beautifully sent wrapped in tissue paper and a box. Definitely will be using this company again.

Perfect, fast delivery

Great quality products, high standard finish. Quick service and delivery. Great value too.

Really cute board that will be used for years to come! Came really fast despite me leaving it to the last minute, woops!
There’s a little note in there that says wipe off immediately…..and it really does mean immediately! I left mine 2 days and it’s stained, but I can just pop a bit of chalk paint on top and it’ll be fine.

The back to school board is beautiful and I can’t wait to use it every September. Great service and quick delivery. I added the chalk pen to my order and it worked really well. The box it came in will be useful for packing it away until next year. Thank you!

Perfect item delivered, and great customer service :-)

Item arrived exactly as depicted on website just in time for my little granddaughter’s first day of school . She loved it and the quality is good so I’m sure that it will be used again and again to capture her ‘firsts’ - thank you.

Great communication regarding an issue I was having with a listing on the website. Ordering was easy and product arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend!

I purchase napkin holders with family names on last Christmas. These were perfect. We had a new addition to our family this year, so needed an extra. It arrived today and matches exactly with the ones purchased last year. So pleased with the service and quality. Thank you Bear and Rose.

Fantastic product and I was so impressed with the speed and quality of customer service when I messaged them :-)
