I have found the innokin ares to be good tank and since they are now low priced I bought 3 from bear vapes at an excellent price, postage was free and they arrived within 3 days well packed. So my buying experience from bear vapes was all good.

Great service delivered in a couple days

I used this supplier for the first time and the speed of delivery is second to none. I had a problem with a faulty device and emailed them, Neil replied within a couple of hours by phone. A replacement was sent and received along with spare coils for inconvenience, it was great that he not only phoned me but suggested a suitable replacement. Great service and courteous attitude, being in my seventies and been vaping a long time this is one supplier who has outweighed the competition.

Wow! I have been vaping since 2008 and in that time I have not come across customer service that comes even close. OUTSTANDING service, the item I ordered was not available, I got a call to discuss an alternative and the chap I spoke to was fantastic. My items arrived the next day with free postage. I have not been able to find any online shop cheaper nor with the quality of vaping equipment for the hobbyist. I won't bother searching for my restock going forward this is my new first port of call and I think it should be yours. Thank you.

a great online vape shop that stocks just hardware no prefilled faff or e liquid and thats fine with me.
the availability of products is great i'm a vaper of 12 years so seen alot of products on the market hunreds of them so it's good that bear's stock older tanks rebuildables and mods that not even brick and mortar stores have any more.
wire cotton and batteries are also handy pod kits and coil heads a great selection for any person who vapes even rare stuff that might not be mass produced any more.
