They removed my label’s catalogue, never paid me the royalties owed, and then basically disappeared. I tried contacting them over and over again and got nowhere. No real help, no proper answers, nothing.

What makes this even worse is that now the login does not even work anymore, so I cannot check anything at all. I cannot access my account, I cannot verify royalties, and nothing seems to function properly. At this point, the only thing still online seems to be the website.

I even had to involve lawyers, and during that process I found out that the address they had provided was not real. That was the moment I realised just how bad this situation really was.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in the music business. Based on what happened to me, I would tell any artist or label to stay far away from Beatrising.

Dopo aver firmato un contratto con questa società, ho riscontrato gravi criticità nella gestione delle royalties e nella comunicazione. I pagamenti risultano poco chiari e spesso non accompagnati da report dettagliati e trasparenti. Ogni richiesta di chiarimento richiede tempi molto lunghi, con risposte generiche e non risolutive.

La gestione del catalogo e dei diritti digitali non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative professionali. Ho avuto la sensazione che la tutela dell’artista non fosse una priorità. Inoltre, la rescissione del rapporto contrattuale si è rivelata complessa e poco collaborativa.

Consiglio massima attenzione prima di firmare qualsiasi accordo. Valutate con cura clausole, condizioni economiche e modalità di pagamento.

Personalmente non ripeterei questa esperienza.

They stopped distributing my music and never payed me the due money as it sayed on theim contract.
After many many messages now they sayed me than they dont owned me nothing (i cant consult my royalties anymore...)

Sono il titolare di una piccola label indipendente. Dopo aver comunicato al team di Beatrising la mia situazione personale (un grave incidente e quattro interventi chirurgici alla gamba) e le conseguenti difficoltà nel gestire le attività, in data 25/10/2024 ho ricevuto un’e-mail che annunciava la cessazione della distribuzione del mio catalogo.
Dal 01/11/2024 il mio accesso al portale è stato bloccato, impedendomi di consultare vendite, rendicontazioni e stream.

Nel frattempo, ho continuato a osservare aggiornamenti costanti delle classifiche su Beatport, indice del fatto che le vendite proseguivano. Nonostante ripetuti solleciti e richieste di chiarimento su chi stesse gestendo il mio catalogo e incassando le royalties, non ho mai ricevuto risposte concrete.
Dopo un ulteriore sollecito formale inviato il 25/09/2025 tramite il mio avvocato, l’intera label page e il catalogo risultavano rimossi da Beatport pochi giorni dopo. Le promesse di liquidazione degli arretrati non sono mai state mantenute.

Il blocco totale dell’accesso e l’assenza di rendicontazione mi hanno impedito qualsiasi verifica oggettiva sulle vendite e sugli streaming.
Dal 1 novembre 2024 fino alle mie ultime comunicazioni nel settembre 2025, Beatrising ha quindi mantenuto il pieno controllo sulla mia label e sul mio catalogo, presumibilmente incassando i proventi delle vendite e delle licenze.

Questo comportamento, se replicato anche verso altre etichette (come diversi produttori segnalano), configura un sistema gravemente scorretto, che mina la fiducia di chi investe tempo e passione nella musica.
Tengo a precisare che la mia contestazione non è una questione economica, ma di principio e trasparenza: un aggregatore possiede la licenza di distribuzione, non la titolarità dei master.
Ritengo gravissimo il blocco dei dati e l’assenza di rendicontazione, che negano ogni possibilità di verifica e controllo da parte del titolare dei diritti.

Esperienza complessivamente negativa — sconsiglio vivamente.
Ho avviato le procedure per via legale per la truffa della mia label e del catalogo e segnalazioni formali per la tutela dei miei diritti e dei miei Artisti e dei dati.

So, as everyone is saying they are scammers. I've had them as my distributors for 11 years, and suddenly they decided to cancel our contract. The worst part is not this, is the thing that when I wanted to move from them they didn't let me, stating we have an agreed contract and I cannot leave when I wish to. And even worse than that, is the fact that they didn't pay me my latest royalties (which were around 200 euros) and disappeared. Worst distribution in the world, hope they will face a lawsuit from someone and close their business. Absolute terrible experience.

Same experience as everyone else. Beatrising were a bit sloppy, then deleted a load of releases on Spotify without giving much reason. They, then closed my account, didn't pay my royalties and wouldn't help transfer my catalogue. A real nightmare from start to finish really - I've put the date as current, but actually left them around 6 months ago to go to iMusician (who seem much, much better) and we're still having issues with beatrising not helping to move the catalogue over or reply to emails

Beatrising is by far the worst distributor I’ve ever dealt with. They treat their clients terribly, offer zero support, and most importantly, they refuse to pay out royalties. To make things worse, they delete artist accounts without warning, effectively stealing the money earned. This is a complete scam, and no serious artist should trust them with their music.
Stay far away from Beatrising.

Honestly, I haven't seen losers in the music world who treat people and artists so badly. They go to the sunset, to the ravine, to ruin, because they deserve nothing but absolute failure. They have no education, no principles, no nothing.

Absolute garbage. Unprofessional, rude, scammers - they deleted my account refusing to pay my royalties and then disappeared. Don't trust them ever.

The distributor is highly unprofessional.
Without any prior notice, they shut down my record label’s channel and are refusing to pay my royalties.
Avoid this distributor at all costs.

SCAMMERS. Our contract is over and the distributor won't let us move our catalog to another distributor.

They ignore all messages, or answer in a boorish tone, as if I have to beg them to give me my own tracks!

NEVER cooperate with this distributor, you will lose time and money!
