I have purchased many shirts from B&B which are very
well made with real quality fabric. They arrive beautifully packed showing real care for the product.
Knitwear and other items show the same quality.

A poor experience for me too. Several emails requesting assistance and no response. Plus, the email that's quoted on the website isn't working! I followed their returns instructions very carefully but can't find parcel on the tracking and now the window for returns is closed, so I'll probably not see my money back. And yes, the cost of postage and return fees is very poor. Take a look at the model your competitors are using then work out why they get all the good reviews!!

I recently purchased a jumper from this company for over £150 and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

Upon receiving and wearing the item, I noticed several quality issues that I would not expect at this price point. The zip appears to be faulty, as the fabric repeatedly gets caught in it, making it difficult to use properly. This has been an issue from the outset and significantly affects the functionality of the garment.

In addition, after only one wear, the fabric has already started to pill, which is extremely disappointing given the premium price and expected quality of the item. I have also noticed that the overall shape of the jumper is uneven, resulting in a poor fit and appearance.

For a garment costing over £150, I expected far better quality, construction, and durability. Based on my experience, the product has not met reasonable standards, and I feel let down by the value offered. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its quality control and customer experience.

My wife and I have both bought items from Beaufort and have been satisfied with the delivery and quality.

Very stylish clothes at good prices. The quality is exceptional and deliver is also prompt.

Terrible customer service regarding a faulty item only a few weeks old.
No reply’s to emails and completely ignored.

terrible customer service - washed a shirt (Onslow Brushed Shirt in Pink) once as per the instructions and the colour completely ran/changed. For a premium brand you would hope this wouldn't happen. When i flagged to the company they basically blamed me and didn't even offer a gift card or percentage off a future purchase!! Will not be shopping here again

Absolutely love B&B's clothes.
Ive so far bought the sheep jumper and had to have the lighthouse jumper too especially as I'm meeting friends in Portsmouth next weekend.
Will definitely be a return customer.

Have ordered from this company multiple times over a 2 year period, mostly for shirts and sweatshirts: have had some items which I have had to return and have never had any issues. Items arrive promptly in timescales indicated, returns are refunded promptly, shirts are made in Portugal, some sweats in India. I think the shirts are good quality - have bought a range of their Oxford, cord, linen and heavy cotton shirts. Personally would recommend!

They only notify you off the cut off point for next day delivery when you're within it, using it as a pressure countdown to order. Once it's too late in the day, they just dont tell you. I complained to customer services about this, and she told me I should have actually come and read their t&C's before ordering. I requested to cancel the order, and she said it was too late to do so, even though I didn't receive a dispatch email until long after speaking to her.

Not a great experience unfortunately
- A couple of the shirts looked nothing like the photos, totally different colours
- Return fee
- One shrank in the wash despite following the instructions
- No response to email to customer service complaining about this

Or even less if I could. A money making machine! They con you by the name which is NOT British at all and then by their items which are absolutely rubbish! After reading too late the reviews they did not accept my cancellation of the order. Took a very long time to be delivered and made it Very hard to return and offer 10%back. My item was £59.90 and they refunded £6 insult. Pls be very careful with this. It was too late for me unfortunately.

Apart from the wonderful clothes at Beaufort & Blake,I find the reviews of their clothes very helpful to me. I can trust them because they are reliable.
Their whole approach to online shopping is genuinely helpful and,actually, very kind.

I am shocked that they charge a delivery fee of £5 and then another fee to send back. I bought a shirt which did not show the button down collar so going back. Expensive mistake

I brought a couple of jumpers from this company which are a really nice quality. They were slightly large for me so I exchanged them. A quick and easy process and was kept informed of the progress of the return. I needed to contact the company on another occasion and their customer service was excellent and very quick to respond. One very happy customer.

I had an excellent experience with this company …. The navy cord trousers are beautiful quality and true to size and the customer service was top class. Highly recommend.

I emailed Lottie who is customer services for Beaufort & Blake .. And she answered my questions at rocket speed … I have ordered my husband a black watch shirt for a gift for Christmas and I cannot wait until it arrives. I know he will absolutely love the shirt and either wear it with jeans, navy, black or beige moleskin trousers.., perfect for Christmas.

An absolute pleasurable experience from start to finish with Beaufort & Blake. My order was placed easily, confirmation was recd promptly. Despatch was confirmed quickly. How ever the post office lost the delivery. But Beaufort despatched once again my order and it arrived the following day. You cannot fault this company's service. The quality of the products are 100%. The sizing is exact and the fabrics and style just ooze confidence when wearing them. I am a definite fan. Thank you Beaufort & Blake.
