Complete bait and switch. They showed a picture of a beautiful Tiffany style glass lamp, and 3 months I receive this cheap plastic thing that looks awful and doesn’t even work. It’s just trash. Outrageous.

Merce che nn arriva mai, poi quando arriva nn è l articolo giusto che era stato ordinato e tra l' altro anche rotto.. nn vogliono rimborsare l intero speso ma pur scusandosi ed ammettendo il loro errore davanti all evidenza ed alle foto inviate offrono un risarcimento di neanche la metà.. pazzesco, bruttissima esperienza! 👎🏼

Still getting jerked around by these guys, claiming they are resending item, for the third time!! This is a scam, take your money but never send item. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. only gave 1 star bc giving zero was not an option

I didnt expect much but boy this thing surprised me big time! Sticks well on fridge, feels sturdy and mug keeps coffee warm just right. Planning got easier plus having a hot drink in bathroom is kinda dope. Already recommended mates to grab one.

Order delivery was delayed nearly 2 months. Took daily emails and threats of trading standard to eventually recieve order. Goods of extremely poor quality. Did not meet expectations. 100% avoid this company

SCAM ALERT!!! Robbed me of my money. I ordered goods THREE months ago, when they did not arrive I began chasing them, they blamed the courier, then Donald Trumps export tariffs, and then just went silent. This company is a complete fraud. They send you fake shipping information over the course of 2 months waiting, hoping you just forget.

Disputed charges with my credit card company and was instantly refunded my money based on this company's terrible credit card dispute records.

After a very long shipping delay my Poodle lamp turned up .It has little resemblance to the one advertised and is plastic and wire ( not glass and metal). Hardly a lamp at all - it is operated by a small battery which will not last. It is a fraction of the size stipulated in the advert which is clearly false. Just a poor little light. My complaint was answered by an email saying I would need to return it to China at my own expense (not America where it was supposed to have come from).

Ho scritto più volte all’e-mail di supporto per sapere se c’erano novità riguardo il mio ordine ma si inventano scuse assurde per prendere tempo. NON COMPRATE SU QUESTO SITO !

I presume I have been conned by this seller, as I have been waiting over a month for my crocheted chihuahua. I only ordered it because it is a replica of my dog, who has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

I placed an order two months ago and have yet to receive it. It made it to Tulsa, and now they have resent out another one from , you guessed it.....CHINA! Go figure!!! I will never order from this company again!

I placed an order for a Pomeranian lamp for a birthday present for my wife. I placed the order over two months ago. According to their tracking information the package supposedly made it to Boston almost a month ago but hasn't moved since then. I've contacted the company several times and keep getting the same tracking information. I asked for a refund or for them to send another one, but from what I've seen on the reviews of other customers I don't hold much hope of seeing a refund or the lamp I paid for

Nothing arrived
I paid 58 USD + shipment fee for transportation to Germany - 6 weeks ago! But I haven't received anything inspite of receiving in total 9 different informations where my lamp is right now. Last info was that the package is in Munich/Germany - 9 days ago!! I can't believe that the last 60 mi from Munich to my home takes so long. I'm pretty shure nothing will come to me. The lamp was planned to be a beautiful present to an old friend of mine and it looked great on pictures ...

I paid $50 for something that was supposed to be metal and glass with a framed base and it's plastic. I'm very irritated 😡

Well good ole beautiful sunflower almost got me. If it weren’t for my bank and the email they sent I still might be in a bind. When I ordered the Boston terrier lamp the price it showed was $53.78. When I hit the complete transaction button the price jumped all the way to $69.91. I was charged $9 dollars for shipping when it should have been free (anything over $49.99 was free). Then I saw where those bastards charged me $16.01 for taxes. So let’s just say I immediately emailed them to cancel my order. I wasn’t gonna be ripped off. They sent some crap saying they had to check with different departments to make sure they didn’t have any other money to take. I responded to them that I’m the morning I’m going to the bank and I’m disputing the charges. Well before morning hit I was tagged with another full charge of $69.91. That was two charges for that much when I only ordered one. Then I saw where they refunded me $16.01 for the taxes. Well the next morning I went to my bank (PNC) and showed them my evidence of me canceling the order and the added and taken away charges that showed. But on the bank computer the $16.01 was taken back by them before me going to the bank. So my bank reached out to PayPal and told PayPal give me the contact info for that company or PayPal would be dealing with PNC. Well PayPal was quick to get the email and phone number from them. So the emailed them a nasty email and then we called them from the bank as I was there. They said they knew about my situation and was working on shipping it out to me quickly. The bank told them don’t worry he doesn’t want the item and wants his money back. They she said I see on my end that you double charged Mr. (My last name) and that’s not gonna happen. So they tried to say PayPal was the one who charged me and the bank said no you charged him. To cut this story short the bank said all $123.68 better be back in his account by morning (Saturday morning) or we’re gonna deal with it through our fraud department. Well when I woke up this morning all of it was returned. PayPal is a joke and I will never deal with PayPal when it comes to any kind of payment. They are a riot off and then when you try to explain it to them they just don’t even care that you got ripped off. That tells me it seems PayPal and that company are working together to rip people off and it’s bullshit. If you’ve been ripped off I suggest you go to your bank and explain to them what happened and get your money back. If you’ve have PNC you should have to problems like I did. Oh and the company said they already sent the lamp out to me and that I should see if I like it to possibly keep. I told them I will not accept the item in the mail regardless who delivers it. Good luck on you getting your money back everyone.
