I contacted customer service immediately after receiving my order as I believed the wrong item had been sent and asked to return it. I was advised in writing to keep the item as a goodwill gesture and was told the correct product would be sent.

When I followed up, this was reversed and I was told the item I received was what I had ordered and that I should return it at my own cost instead.

The return cost by registered post is €9.50 on a €23.90 order, which makes this an unreasonable resolution, particularly given the inconsistent advice I received initially.

Communication was contradictory and disappointing, and what should have been a simple issue became unnecessarily stressful. I would advise others to keep written records and be cautious when ordering.

I ordered three bundles of the sundrops
One was delivered
No reply to emails when trying to contact
After one star review contact was made and was assured the other two bundles would be sent
They have not
One hundred euro down because I tried to support a small local business

I’m absolutely obsessed with Beauty by Ced! Their Sun Drops are my new holy grail — they give the perfect natural glow for a no-makeup look, especially during winter when my skin needs that extra boost.

And their hairbrush along with the Hollywood Hair Oil has worked wonders on my bleach-blonde hair. My hair feels smoother, healthier, and way less brittle. I’ve genuinely never had results this good from any other products.

I ordered the Sundrops from TikTok Shop and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase! I was kindly gifted two extra items - a sheet mask and a lip oil both of which are high quality and such a thoughtful gesture. I was also given a discount for my next order, which I really appreciate!

I absolutely love the Sun Drops! I usually have sensitive skin and react to face tanning products, but these work beautifully. They feel gentle, give a natural glow and leave my skin looking radiant.

Firstly the speed of delivery was excellent.
After seeing this all over my fyp on tiktok I was keen to buy both the sundrops and the tan sundrops plus the bff brush. However I was disappointed with both products.
Following the instructions given both products leave a tacky residue even after leaving to sit on skin for hours. There is a pleasant jasmine fragrance when first applying but when this disappears the tanning drops smell like fake tan even in the morning after application.

I have never come across such a badly run company who operate a non existent customer service.
An item was missing from my order. After sending many emails I finally received a reply to say the item was out of stock and I would be refunded the money straight away. This was 3 weeks ago, still have not received the refund, or the item, and my emails are being ignored. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Would not purchase or recommend this company.

Ordered the Gilded Gold Irish Sea Moss & Chamomile Hydrogel Eye patches for the girls and they are amazing! Also they popped a free face mask into my order and that was an amazing touch. Also the speed of the delivery was amazing! Defo order from Beauty by C.E.D

After so many tiktok videos about her products I decided to purchase a few items, and only part of my order arrived. I have tried countless times to contact them to query about delivery of the remainder of my order. Looks like I've made an involuntary donation to this company as customer service does not exist

I've been a bit fan of Beauty by C.E.D since day one.
I've used nearly every product from BFF brush to lip oils. My favourite product is there new Tan ohhhh my god!!! I'm using tan since I'm 17 and hands down this is the best 👌 I'm nearly 40 now and I cannot recommend it enough!!!!
Is it any wonder it's sold out since it was launched as pre order.
There's no horrible smell or scaley skin after a few days just gorgeous sun-kissed skin. Plus my bed sheets aren't destroyed anymore 🙏

I love this company. They knew they had problems and they shared them with everyone. Not alone did they do this but just satisfy customers they gave us a sale for a few hrs before they went onto trouble shouting. So transparent no hidden adjenda. Would highly recommend this company and their products

Buyer beware - terrible customer service. Left an item out of my order in February and I’ve been chasing it since. It’s now mid-May and they’re ignoring my emails. It’s a shame as the product I did receive I quite liked,

Ordered Tan, Just Skin, face, eye n nose Masks. So happy and it's great to support an Irish company without sacrificing on quality to do so.

Was a big fan of Clare on tiktok and when she started promoting these I really wanted to try them because I needed some good eye masks. Packaging is very basic and design is very dated/cheap. I bought the bundle but unfortunately about 50% of the eye pieces would tear as soon as I lifted them out of the tub, especially the sharper edge. I’d drip them off to get rid of excess serum but it would take about 10 mins before they stopped sliding down so I’d have to lie flat until they absorbed a bit. Results were average really. The face masks were the best out of the bundle with the best packaging. Nose masks gave no difference.

I've been a customer of Beauty by CED for quite some time now and can honestly say that I love their products. Their Sundrops Just Skin in particular has sorted out my what seemed to be permanently dry skin.

Looking forward to seeing the company grow.

Very poor communication. Package was lost and after a few emails full ignorance to sort situation out.
Very very disappointed, as from all tik tok videos Clare looked very nice and kind woman. But seems who is responsible for communication, and customer service when situations are not pleasant, and package lost.. very very unprofessional.

Very disappointed, I placed my order for sundrops glow bundle and the brush never arrived, email after email and no response 😑

I've placed an order on 2nd of Dec for 3 items, only received 2, customer service was no help. I was supposed to get next day delivery, however my order was not shipped until my e-mail on 12th of Dec. I finally got my order on 18th of Dec, I've sent another e-mail to let them know that I was missing 1 item, I was told that somebody would get in touch with me and all I got was radio silence. I've tried to contact them in January again but no help again. Maybe somebody should report this to CCPC as I can see that I'm not the only person with an issue not reserved.

Very bad service in communication very rude blocked me when i had concerns in regards to an item that was missing from the bundle, and then threatening to leak my address information stay away from these scammers. When called out for this behaviour they then threatened legal action, which I'm more than happy it's going further ridiculous service

Aloe Vera Extract actually has little to no benefit
I bought the Hollywood Hair and Scalp oil a few months ago, didn't notice any improvement. In fact, I got better results just adding melted coconut oil or almond oil into scalp.
I started researching the ingredients, the third ingredient is "aloe vera extract" (water being first) which would have less than 10% of the healing properties from the aloe vera plant itself.
Aloe vera concentrate is actually a dehydrated form (powder) of the Aloe vera gel that is in the plant so the extract is produced from this powder and added water. But its properties are destroyed in manufacturing: the lyophilisation process (process to obtain the Aloe vera powder).
The Aloverose is the most important component, a well-known sugar, which only happens to exist in the “Aloe barbadensis Miller” species and is very effective to maintain the adequate skin hydration.

The difference between a product made from pure aloe vera juice, with high levels of aloeverose, and one made from powder can affect very sensitive, damaged or burned skin.

The difference between a natural non-processed product and a processed one is basically the loss of original properties. Aloe vera is composed of unstable molecules, which leads to rapid deterioration. Hence there is little to no benefit of aloe vera extract in this particular hair oil and why it made no difference to my irritated dry scalp.

For those who use hair oil for dryness, you need pure aloe vera not processed by products/ powders that have little to no benefit yet the price point for this product is quite high- on a par with other brands that have good quality oils not derivatives.
