I bought a bottle bodaciea the victorious opal it doesn't last I paid close to 600 dollars for it I feel there not living up to what there selling I don't think what they sold me is real

I purchased a bottle of Boadicea the Victorious 1907, but it arrived with a smaller cap and a white sleeve instead of the black one that usually comes with them. The perfume itself only lasts about 2 or 3 hours. I contacted customer service, but they told me that their distributors were 100% reliable and that they could not issue a refund. I took the bottle to Neiman Marcus, and they confirmed that it was not authentic.

Outstanding! The packaging... I was expecting a clear class decant bottle. What I received were very cute and thoughtful decant bottles in cases that were imprinted like the actual/original fragrance bottles. I will be ordering from this site again. Oh and of course the samples where divine as well.

I am a repeat customer, and I have been very satisfied with my purchases. Each order has arrived within 5 days, packaged neatly and secured in its original packaging. I have no complaints.

Never received second item from order. Per Customer Service, item was delivered to my address. I contacted customer service and was informed per their investigation the item was delivered. I never received proof of delivery as with others. Good thing item was only $100 and not $300. I was basically informed item was stolen after delivery which they are not responsible for. As a paying customer, if thats the policy insurance or sign for delivery should be implemented. Its 2026 we and neighbors have video cameras and upon review, no delivery was received that day. No replacement, credit or refund was offered. I have shopped with this company numerous times without any issues. I also noticed several other people had the same issue.

I’ve not received anything from the company. My order was not included with a confirmation email nor a tracking number for delivery. But I was charged the very next day and never received the product.
