Good detailed descriptions on the website. Ease of ordering appreciated. Love the white glove delivery and disposal of my old mattress! That in itself is fantastic! Mattress is working out well too. Very comfortable and relieves my hip pressure point pain.

To hard working men did a great job moving a king and a queen high end (heavy) mattresses up two and a half stories with respect for the home. And two mattresses out. 👍👍👍👍

I had to inquire about when the item was being delivered and the was told the company needed the delivery address. No one asked me they were missing that information before I reached out. Once I did, it was a quick response.

The mattress is the best

I originally thought of going to retailers to look at their mattresses and decided to look at beautyrest.com. I have been looking at getting a new mattress for probably close to two years and it’s just something I did not want to have to go out and deal with. On the Beautyrest website, I was able to take the mattress quiz and narrow down what I needed as I have arthritis in my hips and shoulders. I spent a long time reading reviews and looking through mattresses. I really didn’t want something that was super expensive ($2,000+) because who knows, I might want a different mattress 5 to 7 years down the road. There was a wide range of prices anywhere from low 100s to thousands. The big sell for me was the fact that they offer the white glove delivery service. Everywhere I looked at mattresses, it seemed that they were charging anywhere from $100-$300 to bring the mattress into your house, set it up and haul away your old mattress. With beauty rest, they did all of this in their white glove delivery service that was included in my mattress purchase. I had looked at retailers and the same Beautyrest mattresses were being charged for delivery and haul away although the mattress price was exactly the same as it was on beautyrest.com. I received my new mattress 4 days after a left hip replacement and it has been wonderful not to sink in every time I sit down! I went with medium since I sleep on both my back and side and the first thing I noticed was no pain in my shoulders each morning. Although I was a bit skeptic buying a mattress online without trying, Beautyrest has a great trial period without the huge costs if you need to change. There’s a lot of small print on other websites you can buy from that make it almost unbearable to even consider returning or exchanging a mattress. Luckily, I’ve had 12 restful nights so far even babying the new hip!

The delivery company scheduled the delivery for 9/17 then a few days before they rescheduled for 9/18. I am out of town that day so I called and they scheduled for 9/17 then 5 minutes later rescheduled, I called back and rescheduled for 9/17 then they rescheduled. This happened a total of 5 times. I then scheduled it for 9/24 because it was too late to schedule it for 9/17. They then rescheduled for 9/18 three more times. If the mattress does not arrive on 9/24 I am canceling the order. Xro delivery is terrible.

The guys came took out the old mattress and brought in the new one set it up they were quick and efficient

I should’ve been the chance to upgrade the mattress and purchase one from the store so I could see it rather than having to take a replacement that I don’t even get to see until it comes here and I can’t send back if it’s wrong

After sleeping on a Beautyrest black pillow at my daughter's I had to buy one for myself. The "black" version was not available so I ordered the "Beautyrest Deluxe Down Alternative Pillow". The pillow has not disappointed. It is great for side as well as back sleeping. I'm considering buying a few more because they are so nice and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Incredibly disappointed with how quickly the indentions started showing from where we lay. We've had it less than a year.

Ordering and delivery went very smoothly.

As the company where the mattress was purchased refused the warranty as they no longer sell BeautyRest, the mattress was replaced without question after photographs were sent to Serta as requested.
The mattress was scheduled soon after with the equivalent mattress originally purchased -
the Series 4 Plush Pillowtop.
This mattress is so comfortable and is to be recommended!
