They sell fake Skinceuticals. Beware. Check labels, seals, and batch codes on bottom of bottles. Especially the 15 ml bottles. Ordered a Glass Skin set - the Ptiox seemed legit, but the CE Ferulic is defintely fake.

I provided my phone number in exchange for a 10% discount but never received the promo code. More importantly, starting the next day, I began receiving a high volume of spam calls from U.S. numbers — over 20 in a single day — and the calls are continuing.
This raises concerns that my number may have been shared with third parties.

Received the wrong product. Contacted customer service by phone and email. Took 24 hours for response requesting information that they should already have (like what did I order) plus a photo of the product sent. Now 48 hours later and nothing regarding what to do with a product that I do not want and should not have to pay $100 plus for. Mistakes happen but how you deal with it matters!

I ordered a product from Beauty sense that I've ordered a few times, great product, but for some reason it went to my old address, I contacted them and paypal, I was asked to show proof of new address and proof of it being shipped to my old address which I DID! I called Beauty Sense and left messages to try to resolve this, and no one called me back, just kept sending the same email for request of proof of wrong address. I still have no resolution. I will never order from them again! Terrible customer service!

I ordered after read feedbacks from trustpilot, but I was wrong, it’s a scam.

They send waste, the cream contained an extra liquid. This means that they stored it wrong, this product was spoiled. Or the best before was expired. Another product just disappeared from the bottle after some time. I spent money on an expensive cosmetic but got this trash.
More than 400 dollars.

They sent me wrong item (chipper then I’ve ordered). No answers on the phone call or email. It was difficult to replace the order. So it’s impossible to send a bad quality product back.
I will never buy anything at this shop. As I don’t have any rights as a buyer there.

I ordered Skinmedica Retinol from this company and received a knock off product. I have been using this product for years with no issue so when this bottle irritated my skin my first time ordering from them I became suspicious. I compared the bottle I had with the real product and there were differences. I emailed them but the response denied this and dismissed my concerns. I got a new bottle from elsewhere with no issues. Later I tried the bottle from Beauty Sense one more time and again it irritated my skin. Definitely a fake product.

I have been trying to connect with someone at Beauty Sense via email and phone and cannot get anyone to respond to me. The product I received wasn't sealed properly and then I had an allergic reaction to it. I took photos and want to report this but all my calls and emails are being ignored. This is totally unacceptable.The customer service is non existent! Allergic reactions are a very serious matter and should be addressed promptly and no one seems to care. I would stay clear of this company as they seem to be fraud.

i have been looking for their lip stick #25 Marble for like 2 years. it's my favorite every day for everything lip stick and it gone. I need this lip color i will buy 12 of them if they can be found.

I have ordered from Beauty Sense over the past few years and I have never been disappointed. The prices are amazing, much lower than Amazon and arrives within a week.
I am a very satisfied customer.

My order did not arrive even though tracking says it was delivered to my mailbox. Tried to contact them several times via phone and chat, no response to any messages. Just goes into voicemail. They take your money and get nothing in return. Watch out! Would rate as zero if that was possible.

I have been ordering from Beauty Sense for years and have never had an issue. My products are always available, great loyalty program, quick free shipping and love the samples (have received full size samples which was very generous!) Highly recommend this online shopping store…

I ordered a product from BeautySense recently. It came reasonably quickly (the free shipping across Canada was definitely a plus.) My order also came with 2 free samples.

I received great customer service - the gel I ordered had an odd fruity smell; I emailed BeautySense support, and they resolved the issue pretty quickly.

I definitely recommend BeautySense.

This is my second time purchasing products from from Beauty Sense. I ordered Colorscience Sunforgettable face shield flex. Prices are very reasonable compared to other websites and they have a good variety of products to choose from. Shipping is very fast and my product was packaged very nicely! I also appreciate the free samples they include as well! I will definitely be ordering again!

The product I ordered was more generous in size than I expected. I received several samples which were nicely tied up in a bow. My only complaint was shipping took a little longer than expected. However, it was stated 1-5 business days for shipping. I would definitely order from Beauty Sense again!

Purchased three Vivier products from beauty sense, however none of the items had seals and one item was broke open at the top (and had leaked into the box). I immediately emailed the company, with pictures, and received the below response. Note that I live in a condo and parcels are delivered inside the building. I replied with that detail and have received no response. I’m still surprised at their approach to me as a customer. Horrible business practice, will never use this company again.

Got a moisturizer that expires in less than 8 months.

But the customer service was impeccable. They refund the product and I got to keep the moisturizer. So I have a great quality moisturizer for free for 8 months.

Customer service confirmed all their stock of this moisturizer had same expiration date. So they have a lack inventory's level speaking.

I give 4 stars because mistake can happens and I'll order again.

I placed my order two days before it shipped. I got an email on Tuesday confirming the shipment and it arrived on Thursday.
Products were authentic and packaged with care. I got a great deal on them from this site too! I read some unfavorable reviews which made me nervous but I'm happy to report a great experience!

Excellent customer service and fast shipping with great communication. I made a typo when entering my shipping address. Product went to the wrong place. They reshipped it for free. That's what I call great customer service!
