Delayed/late delivery
Always pay £10 delivery for next day and this is the second time recently that it’s been late. This is not what I accept with paying £10 and to run a business.

Exceptional all round.
The customer service is fantastic along with excellent support. Both Jess and Gemma were quick to respond and help with any queries. The Lycon wax training was exceptional. Waxing in Huddersfield with Lycon
Training with Joy Beauty Co in Huddersfield was a great experience. Her knowledge of professional waxing and cheerful attitude made the training go really well. I learned a lot and took my waxing technique to the next level. Highly recommend her for anyone who is interested to learn professional waxing techniques.

She was such a knowledgeable, warm and friendly tutor. I learnt loads and she made me feel really comfortable and confident.
