Absolutely love the lycon products and the wax is excellent wouldn't use anything else. Would love to see a loyalty programme or better offers for the smaller businesses like myself.

Paige was our trainer for the in salon…
Paige was our trainer for the in salon training day. She was organised, professional and made the team feel confident in what they were being trained in. She was patient and allowed them all to ask as many questions as they needed to.

Some orders don’t arrive and then get cancelled and then some get put through twice. Some saying being delivered then when contact the company the order wasn’t even done meaning having to cancel a whole week of work. My shipping address never works after asking them million times why and they don’t know. I’ve never had a problem before. Products leaked before. After complaining being offer a small discount! Hello Becky, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that there was a system error with the first order, which prevented it from being pulled through to our dispatch system. As a result, the order was cancelled and manually re-entered. Unfortunately, another order was cancelled for the same reason. When re-entering the order for the final time, a manual error occurred, causing a duplicate order to be sent to dispatch. I sincerely apologize for the confusion with this specific order. The issue has now been rectified on your account, and it should not cause any further issues. One of our customer service team members will be in contact with you shortly to discuss this.

Trustful company. Great reliable products. Fast delivery. Only the transport packaging is not good, I regularly receive my items in the creased torn outer packaging.

Antwoord van Beauty Triangle International
Thank you for your kind words about our delivery speed and packaging! We understand that postage costs can be a concern. Due to the weight of our wax boxes, shipping can be a bit more expensive, especially as a small business. However, we're always looking for ways to improve, and we'll definitely consider offering more affordable shipping options in the future. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
