Was happy with the products and shipping process

Ordered a Babyliss clipper. Need it in a hurry and Alex did not hesitate to get it to me as quickly as he could. My clipper arrived the next day, very happy with it. Shop around, definitely the best prices and amazing service. Highly recommended.

Products received in perfect condition and timely. I was disappointed with the red as it did not match the photo. When I emailed about it, they refunded me immediately and gave me extra points towards future purchases. Now that is what I call customer service! I will definitely purchase from them again. I highly recommend this Canadian owned and operated business.

I really liked ordering from Beauty Wellness. I am really bad with technology so I’m really thankful that their website is easy to use and not complicated. I appreciate how affordable things are—everything was a super reasonable price which is awesome! My package was a little late because of Canada Post delays, and so I emailed them because I was scared it wasn’t going to arrive. I got an answer right away, they are super helpful and eager to help out their customers. I’ve truly never had a company email me back with such a genuine and helpful message. It felt nice to know they really do care that their customers are happy and get their orders. I’m sorry but Amazon has screwed me over far too many times. On top of that, I am very pleased because I got exactly what I ordered. Sometimes when I order things online, they come and I’m like wow this is not what I thought I was getting—and this was absolutely not the case with Beauty Wellness. I really do appreciate it a lot. I love it when online shopping is this easy and when companies genuinely care about customer satisfaction :)

Amazing customer service and fast shipping. After I placed my order I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time for my wife’s birthday, so I reached out just to ask what the shipping times are and they fast tracked it and made it arrived on time. I couldn’t ask for better service!

BeautyWellness is my go-to for all the best in beauty! The customer service is amazing! They even provided me with a “safe drop” option when I knew I wouldn’t be at home for my delivery. Would recommend 10/10!

I got my order on time , but when I want to use it I found that I did half of my order wrong 😑, I e-mailed them and ask them to exchange it for me, they didn’t say NO , they ask me to pay for the 50% of the delivery which is very fair.
They accept to exchange for me which I really appreciated. Thanks beauty wellness.

Excellent customer service. Alex provides personalized service. Responds very quickly. Order was shipped promptly, and love the products ! 10/10.

Excellent communication (no less than 4 emails) providing up-to-date product processing and shipping information... not from a 'bot' but from the owner... refreshing to say the least. Pricing was competitive and beat out those online if you 'bulk purchase', which I did. They even offered 'how to protect your package from theft' information...too kind.
I highly recommend the 'personalized service' of this Family-owned Canadian business. You won't be disappointed!
