Excellent service. BEBC are wonderful people to work with, they are there to help with orders if needed, shipping is always very prompt and they offer the best prices by a long way. I really can't fault them...very very happy and I'll continue to buy from them for these reasons. 5 Stars!

Swift & helpful service when ordering textbook
I called to bookshop for help with ordering a textbook for my Spanish class. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quickly my order was dispatched, and that I was given tracking information about this too. The product arrived in two days, very well packaged and in good condition. Great experience and I will recommend to others at my language school - definitely beats shopping with the impersonal online giants!
