this company is a scam, I tried to book tickets on trainline and ended up giving Bechef my card details. i then tried to cancel it. i told my bank and got my debit card cancelled, but they are now taking the funds out of my new debit card. the bank do not seem to be able to stop it. guys this needs to be reported to the BBC watchdog

just signed up to a parking app and was automatically signed up to this bechef scam. Have cancelled and had email confirming this but will watch for bank withdrawals after reading everyones reviews on here.

Complete crooks! Scam! I was signing up to a new Dominos Pizza site, suddenly found myself on BeChef page. Immediately exited but have today had my bank account debited by an amount of £39.99.
I doubt Dominos were complicit in the matter, but, how did I give my details to Dominos and they ended up with BeChef?

This company are dirty thieving scammers & I have reported them.

Never signed up for any of this yet they try to take 39.99. Total scam.

I don't know that there is much point advising people not to have anything to do with bechef.club as all of the reviewers here have one thing in common, which is that we were deceived into thinking that we were validating a sign in to one site, when apparently we were signing up to another, which we had zero interest in, and was going to charge us $39.99 per month for valueless content! None of this was apparent before we provided our credit card details. What I would say is that this appears to me to involve fraud and deception. The 'validation' clearly stated a 'pre-authorisation for a £1 payment' and the email from bechef.com stated clearly that they had signed me up for a free trial membership, which would only be charged after a period of seven days if I failed to cancel within that period. In fact they drew down the £1 charge immediately I had provided my account details (and only for the purpose of validation). The only thing that you can do if you fall victim is to immediately cancel your credit card and request a replacement from their fraud department. In this way I successfully avoided any further charges beyond the first £1. I have now (you have to wait 15 days) initiated a chargeback process on the £1, which will cost bechef.com much more than they ever received from me. But what a hassle! It's worth doing this, just for the pushback against these scammers

My husband somehow became scammed and one payment of £1.00 went out of our account. Two further payments of £39.99 one in August and one in September.
Beware of these people. No idea how it happened. Have been given an email by my card holder but unable to put in this review.
If the same thing has happened to you their advice is to email and request a full refund and removal from their list.
The phone number that Steven advised below just says that there are no advisors available and to leave a message.

This is a scam, I did not sign up, and their cancel system does not work and their quoted email address does not work. Do not see how Trust Pilot at the moment gives them a score of 1.8 when all their reviews are 1.

Fuming! BEWARE - I went onto the London Paddington car park website Apcoa or Trainline.com in August to book my car in. A lot of other people are saying the same thing here. I never knowingly signed up to Bechef.com page or subscribed to them. But that is how they got my account details. I have had £1 taken out of my account first, then x2 lots of £39.99. I have been refunded £41 back so far from my bank, awaiting second lot. I cannot unsubscribe from Bechef.com because apparently it does not exist. Webpage goes to Kuwait Airlines. Vile horrible scammers.

I wish l could give this company no stars. As other people have said. This company somehow got my details. I think is was when I was in pizza hut downloading there app as they only do table service. Bechef took £39.99 out of my bank a week later without my authorisation. Absolute scam. Be careful when downloading payment apps.

SCAM was downloading trainline and unwittingly subscribed. All attempts to unsubscribe failed. Now have to cancel card.

I was trying to pay a parking fee and still have no idea how I got to.this site. Now I can't cancel and they have my card details. I have called them but have been on hold endlessly.
Any ideas how I can stop them.taking money out of my account

I was on a local website and it appeared that to renew the subscription for the site i'd visited I would have to follow this link. It was not obvious at all that it wasn't for the site i'd visited so I proceeded. It wasn't until after i'd finished that it was a scam. My bank blocked the £39.99 that was requested days later but they are unable to guarantee that they can stop future payments as i've signed the T&Cs for bechef. Be careful, it is not at all obvious!!

Be careful! I never intended to sign up, I never intended to PAY!!! and now I can't access the created account because my antivirus keeps informing me the web site is dangerous! How do I cancel my subscription then? BE CHEF, if you are reading this, please respond to this informing a telephone number for me to contact you.

Complete scam - did not sign up for this website money taken and subscription set up without any permissions. Bank investigating as fraudulent transaction.

This company is a total scam I got this while paying for ULEZ ultra low emissions zone absolutely shocking from a government website I have told my bank and cancelled my card. Thinks like this are happening a lot it needs to be sorted out I will not pay on my cards online no more only face to face

This company is a scam. I'm only writing this to hopefully prevent others getting caught out. I was caught out on a parking app. Cancel the card you used and report to your bank as fraud. Why isn't this more closely monitored and prevented.
