I loved the finished product but the road to get there was more winding than it needed to be. The staff was friendly and the magazine quality was well done. I had to make several edit corrections to the draft and didn’t know up front that I was paying to be featured. Still glad I did it.

Thank you so much for your review. Our process is quite straightforward, and all necessary details were outlined in the email regarding your feature. As mentioned in our correspondence, your feature was part of a collaboration, and there was no payment required for that. However, you did opt to pay for an ad space within the magazine that is optional, which was the only fee sent to you.
Additionally, we haven't received any communication from you regarding requests for edits to your feature. We’re sorry to see that your review doesn’t seem to fully reflect your experience, but we're glad to know you enjoyed the feature overall.
