Bedsnest Reviews

“Good overall experience — delivery was fast, the bed quality is solid and the team kept in touch throughout. Would recommend with minor improvements to communication.”

Fast delivery and amazing customer service. The mattress is perfect for my back. Totally worth the price.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
They delivered the wrong bed, when I tried to get in touch and ask them to change they blocked me. I tried to get in touch through social media and they blocked me on that as well. Absolute scam

Great service, on time delivery. The quality of the bed is amazing, easy to set up too which was great! Ease of communication. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service and the bed is amazing, can't recommend the company enough

Ordered sat came Monday morning, easy to put together, lovely bed.thank you

Please dont use this company .there is only 1 reason why they say cash in delivery and that’s so there is no comebacks on there part if anything is wrong with your purchase .we bought a super king size bed and after completing the build we unwrapped the mattress to find is was totally wet through ,after numerous calls they blocked both my partners and myself phone number …TOTAL CONS…SAVE THE STRESS AND GO ELSEWHERE

Great service whilst ordering yet once delivered no contact. Bed came completely wrong mattress wrong and bolts too big for ottoman gas lift. Now left with no bed as cant be put together and no contact at all just blanked. Please dont buy off this company !!

Gave them £200 cash which is what they want so no card protection then got blocked on whatsapp and facebook as mattress is thin and bed flimsy but they just block you. Do Not Buy from this complete conman !!

Bed is very good quality with the mattress being even better. Was very sceptical on how the quality would be with the price being so good but very impressed and worth double what I paid!

This company just scammed me today! £690 gone! Reading my messages and not replying me! I’m crying right now, what I ordered is not what was delivered and when I complained the delivery man said he is going to get the correct one in the van and ran away with the money! I have evidence! Save yourself? They have now blocked me on WhatsApp.

Overall experience was great. Definitely recommend your services. The communication between both parties was excellent making sure my orders was correct

Good value and good prices would definitely use this company again

From order to deilvery all went superbly, always in contact through out and rapid responses....thankyou you guys...

Do not buy from these, ordered two beds, one came right, one was wrong no lift up bit messaged them to sort it and got fobbed off, told me the delivery company would arrange for it to be sorted when I rang them they just fobbed me off on the phone and put it down, beds are awful quality to, would not buy!!!

Fast reply, fast service.
Delivered quickly with no struggle or problems.

“Amazing quality! The mattress and bed frame exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast and communication was excellent.”

Don't buy from this company, they are an absolute joke. Bed delivered was wrong size headboard which I paid extra for. On day of delivery I rang them several times to complain and try to get replacement but no one answers the phone. I've been blocked from their Facebook page too so now I'm left with a bed which is not what I ordered and can't be used

Bed delivery timeframe was due from 3pm-7pm they arrived here at 9:30pm did not take no care when bringing the bed into my home marked my walls and photframes. Delivery driver was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL a young girl alone and took advantage trying to add more money on for himself, abused me verbally calling me names and swearing at me outside and inside my property when my little boy was asleep in bed. AVOID !!! Disgusting customer service.

Very fast delivery, ordered the Arizona in kingsize with gaslift feature and 2000 pocket sprung mattress. Im so happy with purchase.
Thankyou so much
