Excellent beds, this is my second bed. Quality and price is good , communication from company and delivery people. Would recommend to anyone needing new bed.

Very quick delivery, beautiful bed frame fits our queen sized bed perfectly!

Excellent customer service. Issue with mattress ordered as out of stock and a superior replacement offered straight away. Bed good quality and very comfy and easy to assemble. Good communication regarding order and quick response to queries.

Delivery guy went out of his way to deliver bed while we were out when we asked him to liaise with neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the bed we purchased. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed of progress and when delivery would be due. Delivery driver let me know exactly when to expect him. Bed arrived well packaged and on time

My order was in early Apr, I still do not get any delivery information. They seems try to skip my emails recently, no reply, no refund, no responsibility. At this moment, I don't have a bed frame to sleep!!! And I need to report to the bank myself to request order cancellation, still need times for processing, very very bad purchase experience.

If someone from this company see this review, I do hope you could just cancel the order and give me back the money, so that I can order from another shop immediately!

Couldn’t fault the process, easy to order & a brilliant price. Received an update about the delivery. Delivery first rate, lovely guys, polite, friendly, respectful and bed delivered to my room of choice. The bed was as described, easy to assemble and looks lovely, great quality. I really appreciated the call I received a few days later to make sure we were happy with everything. (Really nice touch!!) First rate. Would recommend and would definitely use again. Thankyou!

The product I ordered was as described and the purchase process was relatively easy. I was also pleased with the delivery service and information. The item arrived as described.

Spoke to someone when I ordered it who was very helpful, I asked some details of the bed and he was happy to give me information .. been looking for a while for a base… I explained it was up two flights of stairs, I felt comfortable to order after talking to him.. nice that you can phone and speak to someone..had confirmation email, then had contact from the delivery people who said they will give me day for delivery which they did.. also very good service they carried it up. Very nice guys,,sounds like the company and delivery people on same page.. very happy with whole process..the divan is a nice grey and matched my second hand headboard perfectly..thank you.. also thank you to Andy for follow up call to check all ok

The company were very good. I ordered 2 headboards. I was phoned to say the manufacturer could not get them any more, so I agreed to different headboard colour. I was given a delivery date & phoned to give me a time slot on the day before. Customer service is excellent. I had most of my phone contact with Andy who was very helpful every step of the way.

The product arrived promptly and does the job. I can't comment on its longevity yet.
The delivery team left the box with me at the front door which wasn't a major problem as it's not that heavy, but the company advertises delivery to the room in which its products will be used, so that was a little disappointing.

So pleased we chose to get our bed through Bedz Next Day! Soon after we made the order we had a call from the team to check all the details were correct. It was re-assuring to know that they took the time and effort to make sure we got exactly what we ordered. The delivery came on time. The bed is well made, of good quality, the right colour and in perfect order. There was also a follow up call to check we were happy with the bed. Thank you, very happy! :)
