I bought a spinning sunflower ring and necklace for my girlfriend. She adores them. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks, the ring lost a stone. I contacted customer service (somewhat hopefully, as had read other reviews here before the purchase) and literally within 2 hours of me first contacting them, the had sorted out a replacement for us. Could not have been a better experience.

I made an order for 4 items with 40% off. I one the items was missing. The staff responded back immediately & is sending out the ring. I ordered 2, one for granddaughter & one for me.
