I purposely register on trust pilot to review this VPS , wanna let everyone know that is a piece of shit, out of sudden cannot log in couple of times and need change IP address , but recently ask to fix took so many days not settle yet then out of sudden , my running software disconnected.

Worst Customer Service on the planet. You can’t get live chat support so you have to keep emailing and responding and there is an intermediary inbetween you and support. What could be resolved in a 5 min chat ends up taking literally hours

Very reliable and responsive company with dedicated 24/7 engineers who are very competent in resolving any problems, superb low latency high speed trading option network

The worst financial VPS in the history. Their customer service is extremely poor and their servers disconnect. Your EAs will lose the control on the open positions and you end up losing your account.

The VPS is very slow. After upgrading my plan, my profile with the EAs and indicators disappeared and the performance still leaves much room for improvement.

Beeks did not check with me about when to restart, because if they did I would have requested it to be done over the weekend instead of on a trading day.

When I logged in to check if the performance had finally improved, I found my account logged out and robots gone.

I wrote to Beeks Support who explained that it is common when BeeksFX POM startup delay was set to less than 100. The default is 10 which was what I was using, and have used since I chose them as my VPS provider. This should be told at the start.

"i think you should reach for MQL since they are the maker of the platform, they will know better. please dont forget to set startup delay of POM to 100 to prevent this happened again"

I think they do not work weekends because they stopped replying after.

I don't understand all the negative reviews here. Have been using them for several months now with no problems. I have the "Bronze" Plan with 2.5 GB RAM and 1 vCPU courtesy of IC Markets. (Otherwise, a "standard" subscription is too expensive, there are other VPS providers with better value for money...) Beeks has low latency to IC Markets, maybe not quite as fast as advertised but still usually under 5ms.
I find them very reliable, I seem to be able to run 5- 6 MT instances ok.
5 Stars if there had been a control panel for the server, allowing for remote control.

Very Slow VPS. No one login to VPS during the high impact news time.

Poor performance. Expensive. Shared IP is a big red flag.

They are fruad , I have all the record . really unprofessional team .

No notice email to shutdown my VPS with all my Expert Advisor working, No dashboard on their website in order to check and manage my VPS and reasonless expensive for slow support when needed.
AVOID IT

very slow responses when most needed (i.e. in critical situations due to their systems failures). Disappointing and unreliable
