I found a car online in their stock that perfectly matched my needs. When I visited the showroom, I was warmly welcomed and guided by Sam to view the car. I immediately loved it—it was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and ready to drive away. I decided to go ahead with the purchase.
Before finalizing, Sam informed me that the car had recently shown an issue with the climate control—the fan wasn’t working on setting 3—and it would need to go to the garage for repairs. Their honesty and transparency truly touched me. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, it’s not just the joy of buying that matters—it’s feeling safe and knowing I’m in trustworthy hands.

Myself and my partner recently placed a deposit on a car from Beep Beep cars. We were aware of a small issue with the car at the time which we asked to be fixed before we paid the full amount. Sam was excellent and reassured us that if the issue with the car was not fixed, we would receive our deposit back. The issue with the car sadly could not be fixed and we received the deposit back for this car, along with great apologies from Sam, quickly and without hassle!
