All ok and done in one day done a good job good service all round thanks

We have currently been undergoing house renovations to our property. We had a couple of small extensions built, and our original doors were moved and fitted to where the new extensions were. However, they were not put in place by professional door fitters, and they ended up twisting the frame for our back door, making it impossible to lock and we had gaps all around the edges as nothing had been measured properly. The front door, again, had foam around the frame and had just been left. We also had a gap between the door and the window panel. To say I hated the way it looked was an understatement. The rest of the house looked amazing, but the doors - as silly as it may sound - just really impacted the whole image of the house and just made me sad.
Homesure happened to be doing some door knocks in the area, and I thought let's take a chance. The first person who knocked, who was new, was incredibly polite and not pushy at all - unlike some that you get. Then the next person who came round to do the quote was impressively knowledgeable, had some really good advice and again, wasn't pushy.
Every person who came round after was just as professional.

To go from a look of ongoing construction to actually looking like a home again is amazing. I know it's just doors, but we've lived that way for the last 5-6months and it's just so nice to see the property look like it should again. I've already been recommending Homesure to my friends/family.

After having a rep knock the door and discuss their services and potential discount for using them, we booked in Homesure to come and quote us for a new back bi-folding door, which we had been quoted by other local businesses.

After 1.5 hours of talking about the business, and not about the product, the rep measured up our window and send the dims off the the office for pricing. The work included removing the existing glass and door, removing a wall and fitting the windows.

The price we we're given, alongside the marketing discount was £21,000 as apparently our 3.6m existing window did not have a lintel. My partner and I said this was not the price we wanted, to which the rep sat on the phone and got the price down to £14,000 - again we said we we're not happy. He proceeded to tell us he "doesn't get paid on the windows he sell's, so will get paid regardless of if we buy the window or not" to which we said we were not paying £14,000. He said we couldn't think about this as the priced is fixed for that appointment only and cannot be held. I proceeded to show him a quote we had gotten from a local window company, for the same work (minus the lintel... as there is one there) for £6000 to which he said that it was impossible.

He then sat on the phone again and got the price down to £9000. Almost 60% less than the original price given!

He also tried to convince my partner to look at credit cards and finance options in order to pay!

When we had put our foot down for the last time, he rang the office again - whilst still in our home - and told them that we would not be moving forward and how disappointing it was.

Thank goodness my partner and I were both together, otherwise it would have felt very intimidating and pushy.

Definitely a pushy sales technique with insanely high profit for them if they can discount a job from £21k to £9k.

The gentle giant arrived promptly. He had all his cleaning equipment with him. He covered the floor from the door to each working area before he started. As the car park to the front of my house is a little way. I asked if he wanted to use the back door which is nearer the car park. He refused saying he would tread bits in if he did. He was polish an extremely nice man. He worked on his own no brakes fitting two windows and a door. Which he did very well. When he had finished he picked up the floor covering then hoovered any mess that was left. A really lovely clean job carried out by a lovely man. I was delighted with that he had done.

Excellent work, completely satisfied.
Work carried out by Jake and Martin was superbly executed to a first class level.
The finished product is to high class standard.
Would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time we have used Homesure, this time we had all our fascia boards on the property replaced and the flat roof replaced. The whole experience with Homesure has been a professional and easy throughout. They kept us updated with everything throughout the process. The workforce came to the property and were friendly and professional, with respect to the environment around them (neighbours)
The finish and quality is lovely, which along with the windows, makes our property look much improve.

The 2 gentleman who fitted my windows where excellent very professional and did an amazing job tidied up better than it was

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. The windows and doors are flawless and Marik the fitter was incredibly conscientious and professional. We were expecting to carry out a full deep clean after, but the house was literally spotless as the fitter did an incredible job of cleaning up after.

AVOID - We had 2 lovely young sales people round, Both gave it their best sales pitch.
We initially said we just want to see a price we are not desperate for the 2 windows.
when I asked the price, as it was going on a bit we was told the extortionate price of 7k for 2 windows. Me and my husband looked at each other and said that’s not what we was thinking of spending and we had a previous quote from another window company we just wanted to compare the both,

We was told we would have to agree to that immediately or we would lose that price! So we said Thankyou but we won’t be going ahead with your company. 7k is not what we are looking to spend.

One of the sales people then made a call and the price dropped to 5k but we must sign tonight as we would loose that deal!

We asked for some time to think about it and discuss between us 2 just overnight.
We was then asked would that actually make a difference? By sleeping on it?
We then repeated and said we will not be pressured into anything and we wanted to talk about it.

In the hope that we was all done……
Another phone call was made and the price became lower again but must sign tonight?

I lost my cool and said I get the feeling we was being overcharged the whole time, your coming across desperate you keep making phone calls and we keep saying we won’t be pressured but we keep being told you have to sign up to it now or loose the deal!

I almost had to shoe horn them out!!
We was left feeling exhausted and like someone had tried to take us for a ride!! They pressure you and make out they are helping you. ***AVOID***

Happy with the work looks very nice. Would recommend.

We had two salespeople in our home for around four hours, the day after I made an enquiry. I found it strange that they priced everything up while in our home rather than providing a quote afterwards.
The initial quote was significantly higher than what we paid for similar windows in our previous house. During the visit they reduced the price by £5,000, and when we still weren't happy they called their manager, who offered to reduce it by a further £6,000 if we agreed to sign there and then.
When I said I wanted time to discuss such a large purchase with my partner, I was told "that's a shame" and the discounted offer was withdrawn. The experience left me feeling under pressure to make an immediate decision. Even after the reductions, I still felt the quote was overpriced. Unfortunately, I wouldn't use this company based on my experience

Homesure standout from many companies these days. I have found them completely honest and reliable. They are completely trustworthy offering a high quality product and pride themselves in delivering satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From design to completion, the whole process has been very smooth and well communicated by Homesure. My previous windows and doors were in desperate need of replacing and the new windows and doors have increased security and my peace of mind. I have also noticed that the house has been cooler during the recent heatwaves and will be warmer in the winter now the draughty windows have gone! The fitters were very considerate and worked around me to cause minimal disruption. I would recommend Homesure for the quality windows and service they provide.

​I am really pleased with the work HomeSure did on my home, they replaced all of my windows as well as my front and back doors, and the house looks completely transformed.
​Everything was high quality, and while there were a couple of minor issues at the start, a wrong door was delivered and there was a scratch on one of the windows, I couldn't have asked for better service. They sorted both issues out immediately without any fuss. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly stands by their work and ensures the customer is happy.

Very pleased with the windows and door that I had fitted. So much so, that I decided to go with replacing all the windows. Price was competitive. And much better than I was expecting.

The windows look great ,The fitter arrived on time by himself got on with the job .Very Courteous Professional and to honest did a great job .Would definitely recommend this fitter.

The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and replaced two windows in about 5 hours and left the place clean and tidy.
