Good product,back up service,and great value,had problem with washing machine,the shop called the engineer to fix the problem,and now is working good again,good 10 years back up on parts

Great price, happy with everything.
I would have given 5stars, but the pictures in the instructions are far to small... really irritating.

So far so good. Just the cutlery drawer which is a bit stiff, it blocks when pulling it out and when pushing it in.

The drawers are spacious and operate quietly, making them easy to use. The price is also quite reasonable, which adds to their appeal.

Absolutely terrible appliances. Bought a cooker, fan broke twice within a few months. The 2nd time the engineer came out and said he needs a part. Two weeks now without a cooker, no help from them and even though I am paying monthly for parts and whatever. My advice is dont ever buy beko, terrible appliances, terrible service. They keep putting the date back, I have a cooker not even a year old that doesn't work. No managers available to speak to. Customer service told me i had the wrong date but i had it in an email. Absolutely terrible way to run a business.

I bought a Beko washing machine the wash takes any thing up to two hours, the spin is useless to get the clothes spun you have to put the wash on a spin and drain twice NEVER AGAIN.

Faulty product selling on the market everywhere.

The washing machine is the best one I have ever had. it has a quick wash, you can adjust spin speed and temp in real time. It has a big drum , you can see clothes being washed , it rinces really well and the spin is almost silent. I know these statements sound like bliss but they are true . its just a brilliant washing machine for a great price.

Very competitive prices throughout the whole BEKO range and a very up to the minute look with each product.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEKO AT ALL

We bought a beko washing machine worth €500-600 in October this year. Less than 7 weeks later the washing machine door burst opened in the middle of a wash resulting in flooding my kitchen floor. When an engineer called out to see to the faulty machine, he informed me that it would need a new part which would take two week's to come. There's five of us living in the same house during flu and cold season. One of these people been a 90 year lady. After several attempts of trying to get through to Beko customer service. On one attempt after waiting 20minutes on the phone to speak with customer service, I explained my situation and asking why we had to wait so long for our machine to be repaired. Firstly I was asked for my details, one been my eircode, I was then told my address did not exist on their system and my telephone call was hung up on. On my 2nd telephone attempt, I spoke with someone different where I was told my address WAS found, when asked for my eircode. When I reiterated my situation and sheer frustration, I was basically told "yes you've to wait this long" with no further effort or assistance. So I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call back, Im still waiting for that call back. I am baffled that we the customers, have to pay the consequences, all because we bought a BEKO washing machine worth 500-600 hundreds euros worth, that was of unmerchantable quality!!!!! Never ever again will I purchase of Beko again. Their customer service is absolutely broken and scandalous, causing great distress to me and those who I live with, where we have to continue to pay laundrettes to do our washing, while we look at a broken machine in our kitchen.

Simple Easy to use and reasonable priced

emails about order and delivered on time. Product working as expected . I am using Beko for many years without HW issues. Price is good with 2 year support for labour is big plus for the price.

Beko product does what is says. Lots of features, great quality great price. Highly recommended

2 months after the washing machine was bought it is leaking. Now waiting over a week for someone to come out to sort it and still no sign today. Wouldn't purchase again

Bought replacement dishwasher (mine clapped out on christmas day 2024) - replacement arrived with all instructions for setup. Instructions were almost easy to follow for a "lay person" - once we got over that and had it installed the dishwasher is great. No complaints
