Bought 2 Belfans devices just before Christmas. Instruction sheet and packaging were ambiguous about power cable, batteries etc and "insulating sheet"( which has to be removed). However email response (on Boxing Day) was clear, personalised and helpful....top marks! Still think packaging instructions could be clearer

The best product!! I live in Australia where there are tons of flies - I would not be able to eat outside in summer if we did not have the Belfans products. I love this product so much that I have given them as Christmas gifts this year. I highly recommend this product.

Work okay but not made of sturdy material. Fumbled two on the way back into the house and now they don’t work.

I received two fans. One worked fine, the other one didn’t. I have emailed twice with no response. I have called numerous times, but the recording says they are unavailable.
Update: I finally heard back and received a fan to replace the broken fan.

I ordered a second fan after seeing how well the first one worked to keep the bugs away from us and our food. Took them to friend’s barbecue also and they all commented on how the fans kept the flies away from the food. Several actually ordered the fans. I had an issue with one fan and contacted customer service. They responded immediately and are sending me a replacement. Great fan and service!

My order was delivered to another address and sadly I was unable to retrieve the items. I contacted Belfans. Ana was so helpful and professional. Apologised this had happened and shipped items again - this time safely received by myself. Would highly recommend Belfans! The fans are exactly as shown on marketing videos and Belfans are very professional to deal with.

Received Belfan as a gift from sister-in-law.

Used the Belfan just once before it stopped working in upright position. Replaced the batteries and still did not work.

Interestingly enough, when I hold the unit upside-down (by handle), it works.

Reached out to tech support, however, I am not the original purchaser to receive a replacement unit.

I have since purchased another product to assist with flies for party next month.

Perhaps I will string the unit up-side-down somewhere else, my guests will be shaking their heads for sure.

I bought a couple belfans. I bought into the fact that I wanted the real thing not imitation. When they showed up the top wheel was bent on both of them. I was able to take a butter knife to kind of work them to straighten them out. I informed Belfan. They had amazing customer service and actually credited me for both units even though I was able to fix them. I used the Belfans at a large party over the weekend and they worked great. Thinking of buying some more.

I love how simple and elegant the design of this product is. I've researched and looked at other similar products but this won my Designer heart. I can also say in confidence their customer service is top tier and Ana was a gem through the whole process. She was able to help add a discount that I missed in my inbox and made the experience as stress-free it can be. It's not quick email responses, it takes a business day or two, but definitely end result was very worth it. Definitely will recommend this product to others when I can and when we have our big parties since that's when we'll use them!

Packaged well and when I had an issue the were very reactive to my concerns. Great customer service. Love the product. Haven’t really used yet but looking forward to it! Definitely recommend!

Zero response to legitimate questions such as whether pets including cats and dogs are affected the way Belfans describe flying insects are. You'd think they'd know the answer, apparently not. I have further asked about future mains adapters especially as the batteries don't last more than two days' daytime use. No response to that either. Great concept poorly executed. What a shame.

The fan is great - repels flies with no noise or nasty smells. I misplaced the charging cable and after contacting Ana in their Customer Service team, I was sent a replacement, free of charge. Great service - thanks!

This product is honestly amazing to keep those pests. It has a great structure and its function keeps them away. It's great because you don't have to use odor sprays and all those things that can be bad for you. This product is different because it uses no odor and instead uses movement. Great product

I ordered my order 2 months ago and until now I didn’t get my order .. I tried to get an answer for my problem but there wasn’t any

So, I recently tried out a fly repellent called "Belfan." Let me tell you, it worked like a charm! 🪰🚫 I used it around my patio area, and those pesky flies were instantly repelled.
