Very slow renewal and delivery
So the ordering and scheduling is simple and easy. 5 stars there, however, the order going out is way too slow. It takes 3-5 days to ship after the order has been placed then another 3-5 days to ship. This last order is already at 7 days and will not be here for another three! This is unacceptably slow and needs to be fixed.

Giving these a shot
The site was easy, informative, and simple to use. I have been considering a purchase for awhile, but with some recent fertility news we decided as a couple that these vitamins would be well worth the try! I appreciate the hard work this company puts into their product. We can't wait to see how they assist, even if it's just by making my body stronger and healthier. Easy site to navigate with lots of good information about the products. I have been taking the vitamins and collagen for over a month and have already seen a difference in how I feel. I will continue to take them as we try to get pregnant.

Can not contact a member of the company
Web site is easy to navigate, but I made a mistake with my shipping address in my order. I tried to fix it with no luck and have sent 2 emails and a text message to the email address and number provided with no response. Contacting anyone from the company is seemingly difficult.
