I recently ordered a twin perfume set from BellaVita Luxury. My set was perfect, but one of the bottles in my wife’s set was faulty and wouldn’t spray.
After sending a quick email and video, they confirmed the issue and, within 2 days, sent a brand new set. No back-and-forth. No requirement to return the faulty item.
That’s how you build trust and loyalty. Bellavita Luxury won me completely!
Great fragrances, even better customer experience. 👏

The pistachio and mango is lovely.
I ordered Honey Qud and I fell in loved with this scent the MOST! I received lots of compliments when I wear it.

Decent for the price
I thought I ordered only 2 fragrances. I received 4 smaller bottles. I thought the scent would last longer - it only hangs around for a few hours. Not bad for the price though.

Don’t buy from Bellavita
I had the misfortune to purchase some men’s fragrance’s from Bellavita. One of the perfumes didn’t work I.e. it wouldn’t spray, despite everything I tried to do to fix it. I emailed the company on Monday 13 April and got a very quick response telling me I would be contacted in 24 hours. Friday arrived and no contact so I emailed again. I then got a less than satisfactory email starting with ‘as previously mentioned’ (nothing was previously mentioned) we kindly request you to share the unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel for your order #BVUK44015, or alternatively a short video clearly demonstrating the issue with the spray. I don’t know anyone who videos themselves when opening their shopping. The perfume doesn’t spray…why would you need a video showing…nothing! My advice is to give them a wide berth. The bottle is now in the bin.
