This is a scam company. I made an order, paid it in full and when I never received the product they stopped responding to me. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM. They are a fake company just stealing money. There are others I have since spoken to with the exact same experience.

Edit to update: after posting this review they reached out asking me to send more money so they can send what I ordered, which I have no doubt I will conveniently not receive. I declined and asked for my money back. As soon as I ask for a refund, they stopped responding. If that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is.

I know you can not make everyone happy but these guys tried that’s why after 4 deliveries and some complicated by FedEx, I’m leaving them a good review. Their communication via what’s app has been excellent. When a product was stopped by costume they offered refund but I asked to try shipment again and it came through. So far out of all the Korean cosmetics suppliers I’ve worked with these guys have done the best. That’s been my experience so far.

I had an incredible experience ordering from this company! The team was lightning-fast in answering all my questions, and their prices are very reasonable. They ship via FedEx, and my items arrived in just a couple of days, complete with a tracking number. Amazing customer service! I can't wait to order from them again.

I’ve been looking for a new vendor for a few of my regular maintenance staples and I came across BellePharm, I was a little skeptical because of the mixed reviews but the prices were too good for me not to take a chance. I’m so glad I did! Ordered my stuff on a Wednesday and FedEx was knocking on my door by Friday. All of the products came in an ice packed bag and all arrived in perfect condition. I will absolutely be ordering again.

Ho ordinato un prodotto ma non sono riuscita a completare l’ordine per farla spedire perché l’ordine é rimasto in pending di pagamento. Mi aiutate per capire come procedere al pagamento con Carta di credito? La spedizione dovrà arrivare in Italia.
