When I first reached out to Jarell about 13 weeks ago, I was at a low point. As a veteran and a CEO, I’ve always carried the mindset that I should be able to handle everything on my own. But life had piled up, mentally, emotionally, professionally and I felt stuck in my own mind / head space.

From our very first introductory call, Jarell had an immediate impact. Within minutes, I felt lighter, more grounded, more focused and I liked it wasn’t a hard sell, it was “let’s make sure this works for both of us” after a further intro call we both committed.

He didn’t just listen, he understood. Over the past three months, Jarell has helped me gain clarity and perspective on life in ways I didn’t think were possible. His guidance has been practical, personal, and deeply empowering, which has spread outward to everyone around me.

With his support, I’ve become a better father, husband, friend, leader, and version of myself. He helped me reconnect with my values and realign my energy in a way that has transformed both my personal life and my leadership style.

I started speaking too Jarell to become more aligned and enlightened. I wanted to evolve, release emotions and past beliefs, embrace my higher self and overall transform unhealthy emotions into empowering ones. I can honestly say that Jarell has helped me achieve these goals. Through only 6 sessions, we have managed to make great progress and I feel I have really felt an amazing impact on my life. I feel more in touch with my emotions and calmer going into almost all situations.

I only have good things to say about Jarells ICC coaching approach. It's effective, innovative and overall led to a very seam lined process. I would highly recommend to anyone look to make strives in personal growth and enlightenment.

I had the pleasure of being on a panel with Jarell discussing intersectionality through an LGBTQ+ lens. Jarell was incredibly insightful as well as bringing a huge amount of positive energy to the discussion. He’s a truly warm human being, intelligent and thoughtful and such a wonderful man to talk with.

I'm still work in progress but am already reaping the benefits. Certain ways of behaviour, patterns of thinking and reasoning are hard to fathom & explain as an individual.

The cultural connection brings into play a shared foundation of understanding & experience that gives perspective to my personal narratives. This also helps when putting into practice any recommendations due to that deeper understanding, experience and perspective.
