Much Better Customer Service Than Expected
Honestly, I was nervous dealing with the return at first because I had read many negative reviews online about Bench customer service, so I contacted them without much hope. The issue with the Pants was that the sizing was much larger than expected compared to the measurements listed online, and the fabric quality felt cheaper and thinner than it appeared on the website. Because of that, the item did not match the description or expectations.
However, I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and helpful the customer service team was throughout the process. They responded politely, helped me through the return process, provided a free return label, and agreed to waive the restocking fee as well. The communication was respectful and professional, and they handled the situation fairly. I really appreciated the support and how smoothly they resolved the issue.

Joggers have unusable pockets
I will always wear bench clothing, it's amazing quality. The only issue that I have is that none of the joggers have usable pockets, it's like the pockets are only for looks. They don't hold anything, and if you dare put an item in them then be ready to lose that item because it will 100% fall out.

Only one arrived and it was marked XL but more like a medium. No contact information and no one will help you. I purchased the insurance and was told they would not cover as it must have happened at the factory. This company is the worst I have ever seen and it sells the Bench name but is no Bench. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!!!!!!!!
Never Received Order
Ordered leggings through Costco Next, and I have never received the items. I paid for shipping that was supposed to be 7-11 days; I ordered on 9/23/25, it’s been 15 days and the item has not even shipped yet. I have tried calling, but they don’t have live people to talk to, only voicemail. Terrible company

I ordered 2 jackets from bench online, on Dec 14th, when placing my order I double checked to make sure it would arrive before Dec 24th, one jacket was for my husband and one was for my son who was visiting for the holidays, neither jacket has arrived and it is now January 16th, I have messaged several times and have always been told it is coming, never would I have shopped online if I was told it wouldn't arrive before Christmas as the jacket for my son was one of his main gifts, truthfully at this point I am just frustrated with the run around, by the time those jackets arrive they won't be needed....please either just give me a date for the delivery or refund the money we have paid, it was Christmas, my son was here from out of town and I had no gift for him, showing him a picture of the jacket I ordered for him on Dec 14th and still not having it is not ok, this is not fair,when placing this order I was shown the latest date for delivery with Dec 24th, I cannot get a straight answer from bench and I am beyond frustrated at this point

terrible service
ordered a hoodie for Christmas gift. It was returned to them as they don't deliver to P.O. boxes which was never addressed in the order form. Apparently they haven't processed the return yet which was 6 weeks ago. I paid through paypal so I am now relying on them for help

They will not give a refund but sent a store credit when their website states full refund within 30 days. I sent it back within days!
They are forcing me to buy from their company by issuing a store credit when I want my money back!
And they are closing their Canadian stores!
How did Canada allow these scammers to open shop in a decent country?!

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a BBQ jacket extra large And was sent the wrong jacket and wrong size not once not twice but three times. I’ve sent the jackets back and still have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and every single one has gone unanswered. This used to be a great company but now is sh** I’m not sure how a company in Canada can operate this way.
Do not trust this company and its costumer services
I placed an order on April 24, 2020. I contacted the costumer service lots of times either through phone call or email. The voice mail was always full and they have not replied to my emails too. I have over $200 store credit with them, and there is no way to get it back.
If you are going to buy sth from them, do not trust them, as you are going to lose your money. They do not care about the costumers at all. They simply ignore you, and you cannot reach them. You will not get the order, and you will not be able to get your money back (or it takes several months, if you could, but I am not positive about that).
I do not know how such a business is running here in Canada.
I wish I have not trusted them, but now I cannot get my money back, as they are saying that we will not reimburse your store credit back on to you credit card. And they also do not fulfill the order I have placed.
