Customer Service Recognition – BendPak
I would like to commend BendPak for their outstanding customer service. I recently purchased a reconditioned item that unfortunately arrived incomplete and without assembly instructions.
After contacting their customer service team, the issue was handled promptly and professionally, without any unnecessary steps or resistance. BendPak waived the return requirement and shipped a brand-new replacement within a week at no cost.
This level of customer care from Katie and her team is exceptional and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend BendPak and will confidently make future purchases from them.

Lifts wide range of vehicles
From ordering to delivery to set up,everything went smoothly, customer service team answered all questions quickly, APX-10 is very versatile, from vetts to big chevys and fords ,they all fit with correct adapters,lift is user friendly, easy to maintain, feels safe,and looks awesome!!!!

Ranger is narrow enough for British cars!
I purchased a BendPak Ranger for my British cars, MG Midget and Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite. They fit perfectly for workin on them or parking storage! I have a small two car garage with lower ceilings. FITS LIKE A GLOVE! Another thing to mention. BENDPAK helped me when my lift had a set up issue. The builder forgot to place a plastic nut. And BENDPAK sent over on their dime a pro to find out why my lift had a whistle during the summer months of Vegas. I had a builder friend help me. He got rid of the noise by adding shims under the posts to make it plumb. BENDPAK does stand by their customers very well!

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff answered all of my questions on the phone. Later, I had a problem with the lift and called again. After a 5 minute call, a new hydraulic ram was sent and the lift is fixed.

Stuck lift
I had not raised nor lowered the lift in a couple years and it was stuck partway up. I called customer service and discussed with a tech, we exchanged a few pics and with some guidance I opened some check valves and cleaned them out...working fine now after more than a year.

Bought and installed in my home garage
Bought and installed in my home garage. For me, it is perfect for my garage. Worked to perfection and made the job doable on my SC430. No issues. Post on one of mine was bent at purchase, you guys switched it out no problem. Also, I picked up at your Theodore location, easy, professional etc. great service all the way around. To me quality of lift is high quality, very thick steel used.
