Love them! I’ve ordered several rugs and love them all. The Moroccan shag rugs are amazingly soft and thick. They clean very easily—my dog threw up on one and it cleaned up with a rag and water. The colors are gorgeous! Took a while to receive because they are made to order. Well worth it. Absolutely beautiful rugs.

Horrid Service. They say they ship in 48 hours.

I have been waiting a month and no rug.

I wrote to them and got a form letter back.

Not good for such expensive products. If you order from Rugs.com they arrive in 2-3 days--max.

My boyfriend and I had been looking for a living room rug for months. Came into Benisouk, and Younes was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Gave us the breakdown on the different varieties/styles from the different artisans. We were thinking about doing a custom rug, but found one we loved in the showroom. It’s literally the perfect rug. Excellent quality, soft, dense the colors are beautiful. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Benisouk if you’re looking for a new rug

We just purchased the most luscious rug from Benisouk! Younes was so helpful in explaining the uniqueness of the rugs based on the different tribes who made them. We learned so much! And the rug we came home with is an absolute treasure. Everyone spends hours on it already as we chose a very soft, high pile. We highly recommend going into the shop to see for yourself. Great experience!

Not only are the colors vibrant and gorgeous, but the depth and feel of the shag is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I cannot stop walking on it in my bare feet!!!!

Really happy with our rug. From ordering to receiving the rug it was just over 13 weeks (estimated 10 to 12) but they also had significant flooding and road closures in Morocco during that time so my delay was minimal. When I contacted Benisouk to follow up on my order, they were very responsive and helpful. Additionally the time from shipping the rug out of Morrocco and receiving the rug in Australia was so quick - less than 2 weeks. I order things online from Sydney to Perth and it takes 2 weeks!

The quality of the rug is fantastic. Very thick and comfortable to walk on, perfect addition to our lounge room. No malodor or bad smells which I noted some people complaining about. The colouring is great, exactly as requested. Super happy thank you!!!! Highly recommend and would definitely order from Benisouk again. ❤️❤️❤️

I just received my first rug from the company and I am over the moon about it. It is even better than in the photos. It is plush and luxurious and extremely well-made. It was very, very well packed, and although it was delivered in a snowy climate, the rug was not at all impacted by moisture. I just bought a second rug for my house from them.

Just purchased the beautiful Nassij Rug and absolutely love it. After just getting back from Morocco, we fell in love with the beautiful Moroccan rugs, between the quality and various lovely designs. I was so happy to discover Benisouk here in Los Angeles, with their artisan made rugs, it feels like it came straight out of the Medina. Many thanks to Younes for the great service.

Our vintage rug is beautiful. Quite a bit of shedding the first few times we vacuumed. The fringing is pretty tattered, and uneven and some pieces came off with vacuuming. Shipping was prompt and rug was packed really well.

Their product is horrible! The rugs constantly should even after giving it time to settle. They do not accept refunds and they do not help you out.
Do not purchase any of their rugs!

The shedding is insanely terrible, and it sticks to all of our clothes

i ordered my second 4 x 6 rug which arrived months later and measures 44 x 69. that is not 4 x 6. after going back and forth with the company and they asked to send pictures with a tape measure to show the inaccuracy i did. then i received an email that showed a screenshot of the disclaimer that i never saw that says the rugs can be + or - 5 %. huh. i now have a rug that i cannot use that they are refusing to refund or allow me to send back. bad business imo to make a customer pay for. not be allowed to return a rug that is NOT as advertised.

it isn’t 70” it’s 69 and you write me prior saying you would do anything to make it right. 3inches of the length of the rug is not a minor discrepancy. i would never buy another rug from a company that doesn’t value customer service. as i stated you were ready to do “anything” 5 inches off the dimensions of a 4 x 6 rug should not be advertised as 4 x 6. i would never order from a company like yours again.

I purchased a beautiful large kilim rug. This is my second purchase from Benisouk and I can’t be happier. The rug has a rich blue color and is tightly woven with nicely finished edges. It uplifted the entire room with its easy elegance and artistic craftsmanship. I was lucky to find exactly what I was looking for and with a great price. I’m looking forward to my next purchase.
