I've cashed out 4 times but have only received my money once. I've got a withdrawal sitting in the queue since January, one in February and the latest one in April. I've submitted their request form but haven't heard one word from them.

In October, they went from a five star to a zero star. They stopped paying out to their payment system to make it better for the players according to them. I had money saved up for Christmas and they did not let us access what we had in the accounts when they told us with no notice they were stopping their payments. December 3 they started payments. However $50 a day was the max that could be paid out and it took a while over the payments to even be done. Now, basically May it’s taking 3+ months for a payment to get to you. I have 11 payments that start from January 27 to now that are sitting there waiting to be paid. And there’s a $.99 PayPal fee, which I know PayPal does not charge them that much and if you’re gonna use a platform that they say is to make it easier you should not be charging that amount if it’s gonna take months when their site says you should have it within an hours. When you contact them, they say the same thing due to the high volume of request it’s taking longer and they’re sorry. They don’t seem to get it if they would raise the daily amount for withdrawals then they would have less withdrawals coming in. So it’s pretty easy to see that there is a much bigger issue than the amount of request coming in. It’s very suspicious. I think they are having money problems and they’re trying to delay paying people so they can have money sitting in the bank earning interest and then they slowly pay out one or two people occasionally while they get in money from advertisements that people see daily I think they are scamming us. They just want to stream people along because if you quit, you don’t get your money so you have to keep the app you have to keep logging in and doing something or else they’ll close your account. I got a reply from customer service today and they didn’t even get my name right they told me they would refund my fees and they only refunded half of them which refunding me the fees does nothing because it goes into my account which is just gonna sit there and I have no idea when I’m gonna get the money because you were not paying me the $453 that I have requested. It’s been sitting in my account for three months waiting. It should not take you 90 days to pay someone out for money that they have spent their time earning that money and now you have it sitting in your account for 90 days stop scamming the people and start paying if it’s such an issue then you need to hire more people.

Well we are going on 4 months now with no money being sent to my account. PLEASE PLEASE do not use this site, they are promising payment or say your in the que but it never comes. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I've been trying to cash out my earnings for months. My first withdrawal request went through on Dec.9 for only $50. It's not April 29 and still no payment. About a month ago I e-mailed to find out what was up and got a canned response that they appreciate my patience but due to high volume requests...bla bla bla. For most people the excuse they give is they can't accommodate high withdrawal amounts, but the system only allows a max withdrawal of $50 per request. That's high? I spent months playing games and watching tons of ads. I know they get paid for that interaction...but they won't pay out a dime. I fully expect this company to disappear before I ever see payment. Though Benjamin offers a little more payout than most apps, at least those other ones actually pay. My advice to anyone is to play until you have the ability to cash out and try right at that moment for the minimal dollar amount. If you get a message that payment is coming in 3+ days...the "+" means 100 more days, if you're lucky. Wait to see if they ever pay until you play any more games or watch more ads. Otherwise, you're probably just wasting your time.

Terrible now! I used to love this app and it was easy to withdraw money. Not anymore! They keep saying they are working on fixing it but I can’t fathom how it takes more than 3 months to fix it and pay people. I don’t know what happened but I doubt I’ll ever get paid what I earned. Seems like a total scam now. Please don’t just reply to people that you’re working on fixing it, actually do it! Words without actions are worthless.

Same as everyone else has said. Benjamin used to be an awesome app, but no longer is.

I cashed out over $30 and paid the fee to go directly to my PayPal On March 18th, it’s now April 29th and nothing. Only a bot ever answers my questions. I submitted a ticket to speak to an actual person two days ago and nothing. Once I get my money I will delete the app. Not worth it anymore.

Withdrawal Pending for 3 Months - Transaction ID: 019c01be

I am writing this because I have been waiting for a $47.04 PayPal withdrawal since January 27, 2026. My transaction (ID: 019c01be-8b3a-7075-b39a-59f408c791bd) has been stuck "in queue" for 90+ days.
I contacted support via email in February and was told there were "high volumes" and a "new queue system," but there has been zero movement since then. Additionally, the in-app support form is currently broken and will not allow me to submit a follow-up request.
I have $47.04 pending and an $8.48 available balance that I cannot access. I am a long-term user with $88.80 already paid out in the past, so there is no reason for this extended "review." Please manually review and release this payment immediately.

Update May 2nd: I finally received an automated ticket number (#1008773), but still no human response or payment. It has now been over 3 months. I am waiting for a human agent to manually release my $47.04.

This USED to be a good company, but they have stopped paying people. I have only lost $50, but I've read reviews from people who have lost upward of $500. This company should be put out of business, and I won't rest until that happens.

So I have been waiting for my $29 payout since December 9th of 2025 I have talked to customer service several times through email and the same guy has replied to me saying that my money is processing in the queue and that there's nothing they can do since then I've stopped playing the platform because once they changed their whole system around they went down hill. I am very disappointed because they were a really good platform a couple years ago and it's sad because I had been playing on their platform for a long time until this incident occurred I've been waiting 5 months for my payment and customer service just told me today that it's still stuck in the processing queue so it could be years before I ever see my payment. I hope you guys really get your stuff together because you're losing a lot of valuable people willing to play all the games and willing to spend money on them and making them wait for 5 months or so for their payment is ridiculous who would want to even do that so something has to change.

Scam app. My balance practically frozen for weeks with no end in sight. Customer service not replying. Looks like they don’t have any cash on hand to pay off customers. Stay away at all costs. Much better similar apps out there.

I have screenshots, emails and everything to prove misconduct and fraudulent activity. And just to point out, its not about money, its the principle of it. So I'm one of the many using the Benjamin App, playing games and getting paid. The game I'm playing is one where at each level milestone you get X amount of dollars. Mine in particular is reach level 45 (within 30 days) and you get X amount of dollars... reach level 75 (within 30 days) you get X amount of dollars. Well I played through level 45 and level 75 the same day amd all 75 levels in less than a week or so. Well I got the payment for reaching level 75 in 30 days but not reaching level 45 in 30 days. When I emailed them they said I had an older version of the game downloaded. Ummm... ok? So why did I get paid for level 75 then? I continued to email them regarding this telling them I didnt have and older version downloaded and not only that, but upon checking for an update, none was available. NOW.... I'm getting a completely different answer to why I didnt get the reward. NOW they're saying I had to complete the level in 1 day and I went 2 days past. They even told me my download date and the date I completed the level. Well I know what date I downloaded and the dates I completed a level because im the one that told them that in my first email. Anyway... little do they remember, which is sad, I took screenshots of everything. Not only that, but now I have screenshots of the rewards from the start, that clearly say "within 30 days and screenshots of the rewards that are now completely different and of a lesser amount. I got screenshots of everything. The lies. All of it.

I've been playing the game for some time Have a 425 day check I n streak going. I started to play some games . I racked up $125.00 playing game now remember I had to purchase in game items I order to win as much as I did. Thinkinking I would regain some of the money once I withdrew the earnings. Yeah right!!! I have been waiting for some time now for the 5 withdraw requests to be answered. I contacted customer service. Was told your money is in queue and its safe. There's NO WAY it takes this long to be in queue and take this long to get it to someone. I tell you something is wrong here. I attempted to contact customer service again only I never received a response? I'll gladly edit my review if I receive the cash earnins.

Wish I could give zero stars. I was super happy last year when I downloaded the app. Fast and easy withdrawals. Then they changed something (or not, and they’re pocketing the money) and I have had $879 held up in some queue since December 9th. Coming up on 5 months. I was fine waiting at first but this is well outside any reasonable waiting period. Customer service either gives generic reply with no substance or doesn’t reply at all. Will be filing a lawsuit soon.

After a 4 month wait finally receiving notice ..

This app officially has become a scam. They are having folks work for them i.e. complete games, surveys, etc and then DO NOT PAY. After they started allowing withdrawals again on Dec 3rd it took me until Dec 9th to actually get my withdrawal into “processing”. Since then I have “queued” 3 more. No payments have successfully processed. As others state when you send a concern via the only way they allow email, a generic response is sent with no help. DO NOT KEEP LINING THIER POCKETS, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING!

Been waiting over a month for payout. Still in queue to be paid. At this point I don’t think it’s a line it’s a circle that keeps going round and round. Used to be a great app but now it’s a scam

Don't bother with this app. It is garbage! Put in for my first 25.00 payout January 26. Still nothing. They keep saying it's "in the queue". I think they are hoping no one will notice. About to delete this app!

If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve been waiting five months for my $1500 to be released to me. I’ve jumped through every hoop,contacted everyone I can and I still don’t have my money. So if you can wait six months to a year to get your rewards that you’ve earned actually in your bank then by all means play Benjaminone games, they have great ones. But if you actually need the money that you earned, I suggest you go play somewhere else.

Use to love this app refered people, got pay outs almost instantly. Now however I have been waiting months. Fought to get any response to tickets only to get the same results as the auto reply. No longer recommend and hope to get the money.
