I’m really impressed with the quality of the chairs solid, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. There was a mistake on my end with the delivery address, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They sorted everything quickly and professionally, making the whole experience completely stress free. Highly recommend!

Purchased a dining table through a…
Purchased a dining table through a local store supplied by this company. Unfortunately it appears that the table marks badly if exposed to any fluid which I find odd for a dining table. Contacted MD via my supplier who was unfortunately unable to resolve the issue as water damage is not covered by warranty.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your dining table, and we do understand how frustrating this must be.
Our dining tables are made using natural timber and traditional finishes, which give each piece its character but also mean they require a degree of care that’s common to all wooden furniture. As outlined in the care guide supplied with the table, we recommend wiping up any spills straight away and using coasters and placemats to protect the surface from moisture and heat. While the lacquer finish offers good protection, liquid left sitting on the surface for a period of time can still cause marking. This is unfortunately something that can occur with any traditionally made wooden dining table.
We appreciate that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry this has affected your enjoyment of the product. As your table was purchased through one of our retail partners, the contract of sale sits with the store you bought from. They are therefore best placed to continue supporting you and to advise on any next steps.

Good stock line, good quality, good value
I was amazed to find the same range is still available as I bought in 2011 so I could get matching bedside tables 14 years later and they're just as solid quality and good value as the items I bought back then.
I was concerned I had bought a seconds grade when I wanted first and Customer Services were very quick to respond to my email query and give me answers to my questions.

First Class Product & Service
I had bought a dining table without chairs and was hunting high and low for something just right.
I then stumbled upon Bentley Designs and found exactly what I was looking for - Turin Dark Oak Low Back Upholstered Chair - Dark Blue Velvet Fabric. I bought 6 in total.
The delivery arrangements were simple and straight forward and allowed for me to choose a date that suited me. The 2 gentlemen dropped the boxes off and I was even more pleased to see that when I opened the boxes, the chairs were already fully assembled.
The velvet quality is fantastic and the chairs finish my dining room off perfectly.
I will 100% use Bentley Designs Outlet again and will recommended highly to all my friends and family.
