I can not recommend Ollie and hus team enough. They helped us move our elderly Mum from Hampshire to West Wales. Giving us piece of.mind that her property was being taken good care of from the minute they arrived to pick it up to the minute they waved goodbye in Wales. They also had an amazing storage system while we waited for the sales to go through. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Communication was also spot on

We recently had a protracted house completion and move that had several aborted exchange dates due to issues with our buyer. Ollie and the team at Berkshire Removals supported us all the way from packing to storing to the move itself. Their patience, professional yet friendly approach helped reduce the stress and I'm pleased to say tge move went very well. Thanks Ollie, Phil, Dave, Luke and Jay for all your help and hard work. Needless to say I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Truly exceptional service — I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

Moving is never easy, and as someone who is disabled, the challenges can feel even greater. The past two days were physically and emotionally exhausting — but thanks to the incredible team from Ollie, the experience was made immeasurably easier.

From start to finish, every single person involved worked with professionalism, care, and an impressive level of dedication. On the first day, Dave, Phil, and Chris helped us pack and move everything into both storage and the new flat with calm efficiency and kindness.

On the second day, Luke and Jay joined the effort and faced the incredibly tough task of moving everything up 72 stairs — in intense heat — without a single complaint. They were focused, respectful, and unbelievably hardworking.

The entire team operated at the highest possible standard. They were not just strong and capable — they were also supportive, thoughtful, and understanding, which made a huge difference to us.

I very, very highly recommend this team to absolutely anyone looking for a moving service. Whether your move is straightforward or complicated, they are the kind of people you want on your side. Their work ethic is second to none, and their attitude is even better.

5 stars, not all heroes wear capes!

Ollie and the team bailed us out when we had an online company (A*yVan) fail us dramatically. Having called the team at 10.23am, a team of 5 were assembled and on our doorstep within an hour of our desperate pleas.

After confirming that our original company had messed up others' bookings (Berkshire Removals helped another person who fell foul of AnyVan just the week before), the team could not have been more helpful or better at lifting our boxes and our spirits to get over the initial stress and for us to be able to be excited about moving into our new home.

The team were respectful and efficient, and their light-hearted banter between them clearly showed a strong dynamic between the team.
I would highly recommend Berkshire Removals for anyone else needing movers!

Highly unprofessional. Bring students for the job stating that they are professional. Didn't even know how to assemble the bed and cot, and I have to help them. When asked about the insurance then told that I have to pay further overtime charges despite I paid earlier.
Entirely destroyed the warbdrobe and it component. Strached the walls, damaged the items and asking for more money next day when realized that they have to pay for the damages.
A big NO.

We moved many times because of work - about 16 - and without a shadow of doubt Berkshire Removals were shoulders above the rest in all aspects of the move. Professional, enthusiastic, hard working, polite and caring, they took the stress out of it and I very quickly realised what a good team they were on both days. I would highly recommend them - and have done already to people I know who are thinking of moving.

Oh wow…if you want your things to arrive in an excellent condition, if you want exceptional service at a reasonable price and if you want brilliant packaging then this is definitely the company to use. As a single, retired customer I was treated with respect and they made the whole stressful experience pretty much stress free. I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing company! Moving to Cornwall was great!

What an amazing company, I could not recommend them more! Very professional and made our moving day very stress free. We packed everything ourselves and labelled them to which rooms and everything made its way to the right place, nothing was missed. They even went the extra mile to put up our additional bed which was not expected. They were very patient when we had to wait a while for the keys. They were all very sociable and allowed us to ask any questions on the day. If you want an affordable move which is guaranteed to go smoothly, then these are your guys! We used Berkshire Removals to move in December 2021. John, Phil and their team were an invaluable help to us, hugely reducing the stress and heavy lifting of moving. The whole team were professional, hard-working, and good fun throughout
The guys first arrived a couple of days after exchange to pack things we didn’t need before completion, books, ornaments, most of the garage etc. which was lovely as we felt assured they were experienced and organised.

The day before the move a team of 5 arrived early and had most of the house packed up within 6 hours. Completion Day the team were fantastic, working well together, solving challenges with little fuss, and keeping us informed of progress and timings throughout. A couple more guys arrived around 4pm, having finished another job. The whole team, without complaint, worked diligently until gone 8pm, despite having started before 9am. Everything was left where it was needed and all large furniture was reassembled efficiently, with nothing broken.

If you are looking for an excellent removals service, with lovely staff at a competitive price, you should definitely consider Berkshire Removals. We cannot thank them enough, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to take the stress out of moving home.
