Great quality cookware
I bought a Demeyere sauce pan from the Atlantis range. While the website may look basic, the team running the operation is very efficient and the customer service was impeccable. My parcel arrived 10 days after I placed the order. In light of the current pandemic and Brexit induced delays at the border, that was very reasonable. The parcel was impeccably packaged and the item was delivered in its pristine frresh-from-the-factory condition. Excellent work by Benjamin and his colleagues.

Excellent Service
I bought a Staub Cocotte from them, which unfortunately arrived damaged (not their fault). The owner went above and beyond - contacting Staub UK on my behalf to get a replacement to me in the quickest way possible. Staub UK wouldn't help so I returned the cocotte to Berondi who refunded me in full. The return was made difficult with new customs in place due to Brexit (!!! lets not discuss that) - but Berondi were helpful and patient through out - always responding to my emails; and issued a refund as soon as they received the cocotte back. These are really good guys to deal with.
