I am looking to get an electric car and went to BMW Chiswick and met Peter Fraser one of the sales team.
Really nice guy who clearly knows his job and gave us great advise and information. We also went out on a test drive of an i4 which was not rushed and at least 10 minutes long.

I bought a bmw x3 from Berry chiswick Reg no YE20AYD. in June 2023. Its so disappointing when I went for MOT this year in Heathrow Berry. it's failed due to worn tyres. I only drove for 3000 miles since I purchase the Car . When I bought I did raise the concerns about the tyre. They said they will change with service. But its not done . Sam the salesman reassured. It will be OK. This is the first time we bought the premium cars qnd we trusted the the Sales person and Berry group. But I have changed one tyre with this MOT. And three tyre is advisory need to change. Its quiet surprise with 3000 miles all 4 tyre need to replaced. Not sure how they passed the MOT before the sale. Very disappointed about the purchase from a reputed sales like Bery BMW. I hope you will not repeat this to the other customers . Even the Heathrow team were surprised about the tyre when i did the MoT there. They even mentioned if I were you in this situation I feel the same . Too sacreed to drive this with family Now i have ro replace the tyres.. Please value your customers and their hard work to get rhis money to get premium cars Hope this will not repeat to other customers.

Fantastic service by the Sales exc Sebastian, from our order in January to collection today, from the first few test drives to then keeping us up to date with order process and stages of build the vehicle was and then today the handover process was smooth and informative! No doubt i will have some more questions the more i drive but Sebastian was always happy to help.

Amazing customer service

Bought a car from here in March 2023 and was told soon after via email that I had 2 years' warranty included. When I subsequently had the car serviced by another dealership they said there is no record of the warranty. I contacted Berry Chiswick regarding this and got no response for around 5 weeks. When I did finally get a response I was told I had only a 12 month warranty. I queried this and to date have yet to receive a definitive answer (despite contacting the manager) on the situation or why I was originally assured in writing that I have a 2 year warranty.

Fantastic team, dedicated to getting you a good deal that meets your budget and expectations. The test drive was quick and easy to arrange. Sam and Pritesh were excellent in making sure I didn't walk away without the car and deal I wanted. It was fantastic teamwork, and the level of service you would expect buying a new car.
