I am dealing with them right now
I am dealing with them right now, it has been a complete nightmare! I have the complete chat logs, product page, checkout, and email correspondence. The PC I purchased is the exact same PC as the one OP posted, it is the Gaming PC V2. The product page had no disclaimer that parts could be swapped out and I was still willing to work with them.
They constantly presented downgraded hardware as "upgrades" refused to give me the keyboard I paid for simply because "it would not fit in the box" (the purchase came with an additional free keyboard but they decided that instead of including both the free keyboard and the mouse and keyboard I purchased they would keep the mouse and keyboard for themselves). Only after haggling with them on this they had the audacity to say they would include the mouse I paid for for free!!!
Even after all that I was willing to work with them, but finally they revealed the final parts list with a gen 3 Sandisk NVME,...a Gen 3 with a $3000 PC! and this still wasn't the final straw, the final straw was when asked to produce an invoice, it took hours and multiple requests to get it done, and then they produced an invoice that said FINAL SALE despite their 30 day return policy. it was obviously an error because they used AI to produce the invoice and didn't carefully look it over...at this point I gave up and asked for them to cancel the order, prior to them shipping the item.
They agree to do so but not before hitting me with a 3.5% admin fee, which is disclosed absolutely no where on their website. Since they said they would waive the restocking fee, they obviously have no legs to stand on especially because you can't charge a restocking fee on an item that hasn't been shipped to the customer as it hasn't left the shop, so you can't restock an item still "in stock".
Since this reddit post they have taken down the listing, but I have saved the webpage as a PDF and image as well as all of our correspondence. So if they try to dispute any of my claims in here I have a folder full of documents supporting my claims, while they have none of their own
I even said if they just cancelled my order I would walk away and not leave a review and they decided to hit me with an admin fee! I guess they want everyone to know they really dropped the ball on this one, especially the Owner Arij. My guess they will respond to this about how they gave me "upgrades" blah blah blah, but honestly if you are looking for a company that cuts corners at every turn, these are your guys.
Update: They refunded the fee, but only after the negative reviews. I changed the review to 2.5 because Arij at the end of the day did the right thing but I’m leaving up the negative review because they still need to work on being more transparent and cutting less corners
