THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. they took out £15.54 from best.me premium Beacon and £74.13 from Best.me Fasting 3M Beacon. I have no idea what this is and they have been taking it since last November. I have asked for a refund, because I signed up for a free trial and within 3 mins the money came out of my account. I did everything I could to get it back. and they ignored me.

I used to struggle with fasting but…

I used to struggle with fasting but since I did this type of fast it has helped me so much. I enjoy it.

Energy levels are good, sugar levels has been good (diabetic). I'm loving the journey.

I have tried to cancel this several…

I have tried to cancel this several times and it keeps charging my account. This month it charged the account twice I want my money back! I don't think I've ever had this much trouble trying to cancel a subscription in my life! Do not use this company.

Update: I received a text saying one payment has been refunded but never got an email or confirmation that it has been canceled. And this has been charging me for a LONG time with no clear way to cancel. I even reached out through my own email instead of their portal. I WANT ALL THE MONEY YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM ME, NOT JUST ONE WHEN YOU'VE CHARGED ME TWICE. PERIOD. AND NOTICE THAT THIS HAS BEEN CANCELED. AND ANYTHING THAT MAY BE AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY. CONSIDER THIS MY FORMAL PUBLIC NOTICE. REFUND ALL THE MONEY YOU HAVE TAKEN.

I tried many diets, but I always gained the weight back. With the Bestme diet, it was very difficult for me to lose weight at first, and it took time. Then I felt satisfied with the result, even though I only lost 3 kilograms. It's working without craving

It's working I was worried about being hungry, but the water maintained me satisfied. I could belive it. To be honest I lost 1lb 7onz ,for the first time I slept early and woke up energetic. Love the app love the motivation. Thanks

SCAM .. They will keep charging your account

Cancelled the auto renew when I signed up as I only wanted it for a month but yep! They charged me twice as much the following month and won’t cancel it .. had to go to bank and cancel card. SCAM!!! Shame on you!!! Do not use !!

I took offer of half price for 3 months…

I took offer of half price for 3 months then found that every thing you thought would be included if you clicked on them it cost you more. Then you see that your subscription will be renewed in 3 months at full price of nearly 70e I have tried for 3 days to cancel the subscription with no success. I can't find any customer service and the information on how to cancel doesn't work. I am now having to go to my bank and tell them this is a scam because I believe truly is. They capture you and you have no way out.

Once in and joined the fasting there is minimal access ,ie advice ,guidelines, just a timer and menu. disappointed.

Scam – unauthorized charges and no respect for EU laws

This is a scam.

I signed up for what was presented as a trial, and they started charging me without clear and transparent consent. They took money from my account without proper authorization and made the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult.

This is not acceptable and does not comply with EU consumer protection laws regarding transparency and subscription practices.

Even after cancelling within the trial period, I had to fight to request a refund. This is misleading and unfair to customers.

Avoid this company.

hidden extras but good customer service

had a bad experience to start but have to say the customer service follow up was very good. just be careful when adding extras after you sign up as it will be taken directly. I have spoken with them and they said they will look into this.
