Excellent quality frames and an easy to navigate website. My pictures look amazing and it was great to be able to get a frame to fit them rather than buy an ‘off the peg’ size. Haute couture for pictures :-)

Great product and good service
It took a while to be delivered and i had to chase it up because they sent an email to me (which i missed) after i bought it to ask if thats certainly what i want. A bit strange to me but fair. But once settled it came pretty fast and was the perfect size. A little dent on the frame but it didnt bother me as it would only be used for storage of my movie poster.
For improvemt i would say that when the order comes through, just send it out rather than contacting the buyer to confirm thats what they want. Im sure the buyer knows and when the email is missed as mine was, its frustrating for the buyer to have to chase up on it. I understand why you do this but still, have trust in the buyer to know that this is what they want. Other than that, great product and service and ill be ordering again from you very soon.

great service as always, and particularly helpful when the couriers were being useless - helped throughout and even requested the frames back to check for damage before sending them back out.

Excellent service and very happy with the framed photo. Packaging was over the top but better to have more protection than less. Will definitely use them again.

Good qualty frame, nicely made and produced precisely to the dimensions that I provided. It was easy to mount the picture using the backing card and frame mount provided.
Good qualty frame, sized exactly to my measurements and reasonably priced for a nicely produced item.

Truly the best for frames
Frame did exactly what I needed. The main thing that impressed me was the quality of the packaging. Whilst some companies use minimal protection, Best4frames goes the whole way with corner protection, bubble wrap, thick cardboard and plenty of tape. I suppose there’s a reason why they’re best for frames.

This was my second purchase from Best4Frames after being very impressed with the first item that I bought. Quality, packaging and a very clear website takes the pain out of this kind of stuff.
My 2nd purchase didn't go to plan, but give me a minute!
I ordered two identical frames. The delivery arrived on schedule and was packaged as you'd expect. However, only one frame made it from a order quantity of two.
One phone call and less than 24 hours later the missing frame was on my doorstep on a Saturday morning before 8am.
5 out 5 for customer service and reaction to a minor problem. They apologised for the mistake, offered a solution and delivered weekend.
