After receiving the full itinerary and confirmation, your cousin attempted to cancel and claim a refund, despite the tickets being non-refundable and already used for issuance. Attempting to reverse a transaction after services have been fulfilled is, unfortunately, not just unethical—it borders on fraudulent activity.

Regarding your claim of being asked for an additional £400: that request was not arbitrary. It was a balance due to increased airline fare at the time of final issuance—something that was clearly communicated. Your party was given the option to proceed or not before payment was made, and the booking was only finalized after agreement.

As for your comments on behavior and language: at no point did our team use inappropriate language. We maintain professionalism in all communication and have internal records of correspondence. Allegations of “swearing” are entirely baseless.

Additionally, we take issue with the suggestion that flights were randomly changed. As a travel agency, we work in real-time with airline availability and fare fluctuations.
