Delivery forecast was 3 to 5 days ended up being 8 no time slot provided on the day even though they said they would (had to ring them) - build instructions were poor

Really good company. Richard from Sales provided some great advice to help make sure the reformer I wanted would fit in the space I have and was super responsive. Will buy from them again as highly trustworthy and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I recently purchased a exercise bike from Best Gym Equipment the model I I’ve got is GX4.5 pro I purchased this for myself and my wife the staff are excellent.

Excellent service from Best gym, as always great customer care and contact, always reply and very courteous. The sauna was very easy to install, everything just clipped together. the quality is amazing, it's a really beautiful product and comes with a back rest and oil burner. Amazing bit of kit and I am absolutley loving it. It takes about 10 minutes to get to 33 degrees which is warm enough for you to get it whilst it gets to max temp. I use it to meditate, stretch, or read and with the lights and built in blue tooth speakers I really don't want to get out of it. Hopefully start seeing the benefits in a few weeks

I purchase goods from best gym regularly and I have never had a bad experience. Richard is very helpful, friendly and patient with my many enquires before I actually decide on what I want. Shipment is very quick and everything I have ordered so far have been top quality. These guys are one of the best in the business and I plan on sticking with them for a long time to come.

I recently wanted to purchase a LifeFitness treadmill which on the website was listed as “ex-demo”. I rang up as I wanted to clarify what ‘ex-demo’ meant, I wanted to be sure of the condition of the machine. Their message was: “ I can confirm that this treadmill has not been used, it was built by us but never used as the customer had a change of heart.“. What’s more, I asked them to confirm that the machine had no damage or any major marks and EMPHASISED that I will not accept the machine if it wasn’t as they claimed. Did it make a difference? Clearly ‘no’ because the treadmill that was sent had massive dint on the side step, great big scratches and marks all along the side of the treadmill and corners. When I rang up to inform of the condition ( and sent video and pictures) their answer was: “we don’t know how they got there”, not too mention, there was not even an apology … moreover blamed it on the delivery company … “the delivery company didn’t inform us of the condition”. When I emailed to express my utter disappointment for the incredible stupidity and lack of professionalism, my messages got ignored.Way to go ‘best gym equipment’ NOT. For future reference, honesty usually works best.
