Have booked a holiday to the Maldives and Dubai via best hotel rates and was amazed at the prices they can offer for 5 star hotels with all inclusive packages. Have saved over £1000 when comparing to a well known ‘booking’ website for the same hotels. I was rather overwhelmed when initially looking for a hotel to stay at in New York due to the sheer size of the city and amount of hotels, however Best Hotel put my mind to rest.

They gave a shortlist for a number of hotels which were in line with my requirements and handled the entire booking and payment process with ease and great customer service. When the time for the trip approached I was given confirmation vouchers and small details which I didn't know they told me about like deposits.

We were in Mecca when the agent originally booked us into a hotel that wasn’t very good, especially as I was travelling with my wife and children.
