They lost me as a costumer
A panel will contain many people that are able to get their hands on things they can advertise. However, over a course of months I had to leave so many helptickets because of things not being delivered I'm starting to think why this site even bothers to place the advertisements as reliable sources. The answers on help tickets u can generate seem pretty much standard, almost as is written by a bot and you are still left with questions.

I submitted a ticket for the option of…
I want to renew my statement, i guess is going good now. I will come back with real info in a few days..
I submitted a ticket for the option of card refill and after i write a nice message to provide me the card payment option that they have on the website, their answer was "don't have" .. what the **** is with that answer? I used other methods to add funds and i lost 15$ ... never got my money back, since MAY 2019...still on pending..
