Customer Service
I have 4 annuities with Bestow Life. Two are in my name and 2 were in my wife's name (I am the beneficiary). I have been a customer for many years and a couple of years ago we started taking payments over 10 years. In July my wife past and the payments stopped in August. I filled out the forms as beneficiary and after several attempts to get the forms right I was told everything was in order. I received the back payments for 1 of the 2 contracts but for unknown reasons even to Bestow I have not received the back payments for the second contract. For the last 2 months I have called at least weekly and have been told over and over again that the problem is being corrected. Bestow is now behind 7 months (over $6000). In addition, I have asked for 1099's and I keep being told that they have been sent, but for some reason they never arrive. Thus, I cannot file my income tax for 2021. I have asked for annual statements and have been told they don't send out statements for the type of account I have (very strange).

Life insurance made easy.
I thought that purchasing life insurance would be a difficult thing to do. Bestow made the process quick and easy. I answer a few questions, selected the amount of my coverage, and paid. I feel secure now knowing my children and spouse will be protected in the event something happens to me. It is priceless protection at an affordable rate that puts all my fears to rest.

not a reputable way of doing business
In my opinion, extremely deceitful application practices; they make it seem that ALL are approved, and at the end, they should state that they will not approve certain people with certain health issues (that have been LONG gone, I might add). Disgusting practice and a WASTE of time. Very disappointing
