As above , our old lab needs this product and we need to make sure we don't order too much (sadly) but the service here allows us to order sensibly as delivery is reliable.

I like to keep up to date with my cat's flea treatment and I thought the price on BestPet was excellent. The frontline treatment arrived really quickly and I will definitely purchase again when needed.

Placed my order on 29th May and eventually received goods on 5th June. Hardly the 48hours claim made on the order form. Difficulty in getting through on the phone, and no email received telling me when to expect delivery. The goods are excellent value for money, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Was let down on 3 separate occassions waiting over 10 days for goods to arrive. Not particularly impressed with reasons why and no offer of apology or free delivery to compensate. Now using another company. Improve your delivery service guys or you will continue to loose customers. Once is ok, twice is tiresome, three strikes and your out. Bye bye

Large order not arrived after 5 days. Called company, firstly cut off when I got through, tried again waited over 3 minutes before speaking to someone who put me back on hold without knowing why I called. Finally gave him my order number and put me back on hold. Then i was told it hadn't been dispatched. I mentioned misleading advertised delivery, but he said delivery is from dispatch, which is in their small print, but no explaination or apology as to why dispatch hadn't happened. Again I was put on hold, I was pretty****** annoyed by that and put the phone down. Sent an email complaint, heard back via email saying they'll "try" to look into it within 48hours. How useless is that when your dog is on a special diet food and running out. I cant just pick it up from the nearest pet shop. Even the vets have to order it in!! Don't trust ordering from a company that are blatantly misleading 2-3working days delivery by hiding behind their small print when orders aren't sent. Deliver times should be clearly stated to include dispatch times too, otherwise it is simpiy misleading. Customer services needs a kick up the backside too. My call has handled poorly from start to finish. They've ignored my putting the phone down when they put me on hold for a third time, plus ignoried answering my email and still haven't told me when my order will even be dispatched, let alone delivered. Have placed an order with their competitor instead.

Purchased Royal Canine Hairball 34 - found it to be very helpful with my cat and his hairballs - disappeared completely up to now!! As always a good service from Best Pet!!

Excellent service, good price

Ordered goods and after 12 days waiting phoned "Customer Services".
I was informed that the issue would be looked into and I would receive a phone call the following day with the answers I needed, this did not happen and I once again had to chase up for answers, only to be told 13 days after placing order that some of my products were not in stock. Shame that customer services couldn't do it's job and actually look after customer queries and complaints.VERY POOR SERVICE.

In a delivery of 24 cans of specialist dog food, all 24 cans were damaged; but after a certain amount of discussion, BestPet replaced all the cans.

Would not shop anywhere else for this food.
Delivered when said. Excellent service.
