service was absolutely fine, shame about the wet food I bought - not a hit with the cats I'm afraid.

Easy to place order , prompt delivery satisfied dog , happy customer

This may not be a common problem with Best Pet, but they had the wrong description against the item I bought. In retrospect I think they copied and pasted text across certain products. The result was that I was sent the wrong item (though charged full price). After a number of emails and phone calls it was sorted out but I opted for a refund to avoid any further possible mistakes.
I then bought the same product - in a faultless transaction - from Zooplus and it worked out a little cheaper!

Ordered a Feliway plugin. No issues placing order, website is clear and easy to place orders, infact have been placing orders for many years. until unfortunately Yodel got involved with BestPet and are now delivering for them.

What a nightmare, Yodel said my address didn't exist, wouldn't let me speak to their customer services said only BestPet could do this as they had arranged my delivery.

Took 3 phonecalls to BestPet and nearly 2 weeks for my item to get to me after B.P. arranged for me to have a replacement order via another courier.

Not impressed this time. still like BestPet but would be weary to order from them if they continue to use said Parcel delivery service.

I have always been very satisfied with your service, and prompt delivery..
I use flexi-joints for my 10 year old border collies and I believe it is helping him with his arthritis.

This was first order and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to friends. In fact I am about to place my second order next week.

I buy my cats prescription diet from best pet every 2 weeks. Good price & always arrives on time. No issues.

Ordered many times for my cats and dogs always found BestPet very efficient items arrived very quickly and very good value. would recommend.

I waited several working days without any confirmation of my order being processed and had no information about when it would even be despatched.
Eventually I gave up waiting (6 days after placing order) and cancelled the order as I found another supplier who subsequently delivered the full order less than 24 hours after I placed it.
If I had known how long the order would take, or been kept informed, I may have been more patient but I had to make an emergency visit to my vet to purchase food whilst waiting as my dog is on a specialist diet and could not wait any longer.
I will not be using bestpet again.

BestPet have got such a great range of products and are always extremely competitive on pricing. It is hard to find such high quality dog food especially at affordable prices...! The free delivery is always quicker than expected and on the single occasion I had a slight issue with my delivery (the fault of the courier not BestPet!) they refunded my Next Day charge and got the package to me with utmost haste! I use Best Pet exclusively now for all my animals needs. Thank you!

Normally don't have any problems with these needles, however, the last batch seem to have had a quantity of blunt needles, meaning we have had to use more. Cat not very impressed!

I have always used another well known on-line pet supplier. After a recent 'altercation' with them I found Best Pet and as they were marginally cheaper placed an order. I found them very helpful, polite and my order arrived within two days. I am most impressed.
