DO NOT USE THEM! I placed an order November 2nd, 2024. No response and barely any replies and they inform me that they cannot fulfill my order for my wedding in 20 days!! With these reviews that I have finally read make sense now! They have yet to refund me! Do not use them!

And for some reason I can’t respond back to BestPriceFavors through this website. They are lying. I’ve sent my information to them and in my ignorance they have scammed me. It’s been since February they have been giving me the run around and I still do not have my refund yet!

The wine glasses i ordered from bestpricefavors made my life so much easier and saved me so much stress. i was going to try to make these on my own with vinyl but they looked cheap no matter what I tried. I had my fingers crossed with these wine glasses and they far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be placing more orders for other events.

I ordered multiple favors from this website. they had to cancel one item due to some stock problems, that's understandable. Items we received turned out looking great. I am glad I found this website and ordered these items. Great value for money spent. Highly recommend this website to anyone looking to get quality favors on a budget.

BUYER BEWARE
Ordered 180 wine glasses for a corporate party. Let me tell you, the lack of customer service is beyond mind-blowing - not in a good way. Order placed on 11/20 - said that I will get notification when shipped.

On 11/30 - inquired when my ordered will be shipped, and Michelle responded with "Order will be shipped out in a few days to be delivered by 12/10" and they had to wait for a shipment hat got delayed.

On 12/8/24 - I decided to look at the tracking # that was provided on 12/2/24, which i come to find out that the order was NEVER shipped.. I sent another email to Michelle asking if this will still be shipped on time as it looks like it was never even received by UPS.

On 12/9/24 - she replies that she is checking to see what is going on with my order and that they are completely out of wine glasses. At this point all of my trust in this company is gone.. Michelle then replies she can get me my order by Friday, 12/13/24. I cannot even take that this can be possible due to the previous issues, and as a result tell her to cancel our order.

Extreme lack of professionalism. She stated they are a small company. I get it, but then you should not be accepting orders that you cannot fulfill on time. We had a corporate Holiday Party and needed this by a deadline.

I can only say wonderful things about this company. Right from when I contacted them with questions to place order, to sending proof and delivering product before my event. Their customer support was great and patiently answered my questions in a timely manner. It was a rush order and they got my products delivered on time. I will definitely be using them again. Keep up the good work!!

I ordered custom shot glasses from them and was very happy with the glasses delivered. They were sturdy glasses, packed nicely and delivered on time. I will be using them for future events as well. Job well done!

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered shot glasses from them over a month out. I contacted them numerous times to make sure they would be delivered to me before we leave to our destination wedding. 2 days before we leave, there was a “shipping mishap” and now I won’t be getting the glasses for the wedding. So DO NOT USE this company if you need anything printed, go to one of the bigger companies I guess or someone local! And the girl Michelle over there is either an idiot or not good at doing her job because I contacted her so many times to make sure this would get here in time and she assured me numerous times it would, only to tell me the day before we leave that they will not be coming in time! What a joke of a company, again never buy anything from this website!

I order something for my son baptism, my order got cancelled and didn't even email me as I was waiting for the product to arrive after a few weeks I look at my order and it had said it was cancelled! No reason no notification horrible communication!

Didn't deliver my order. When I followed up after a month, they told me they cancelled it for unknown reasons. They offered to redeliver it and I said yes but then never heard from them again. Emailed again, still nothing.

Our order turned out better than we expected! Customer service was very nice to work with and communicate was fast. We ordered 250 shot glasses and they turned out great without any broken glass.

My towels turned out great. Our guests had a great time with them at our reception. Will definitely recommend this website if you are looking for custom towels.

I was happy with how the glasses turned out.They sent replacements for 2 broken glasses in a big order. Customer service was nice and I will be using them for parties in the future.

Ordered wine glasses and shot glasses for my daughter's wedding. Everything turned out 👌 she loved her favors and guests loved them too. Great job!

Sinceramente "DESASTROZO". A pesar de que explicamos que eran productos para una boda, que lo ordenamos con el tiempo suficiente ...NO cumplieron!
Le cimicimos seguimiento para tener todo controlado y hasta el ulyimo minuto dejeron que cumplirian sin embargo hace apenas unas horas cancelaron la orden por no poder cumplir.
No es recomendable contar con ellos porque no son formales ni respetuosos
