Ordered vapes with free next day delivery £40+ nothing arrived then told out of stock send the next day or a refund, nothing, now ignoring emails, STOLE MY MONEY! Contacting bank, Shopify and trading standards AVOID,!

One of worse companies I have ever had deal with ordered a limited edition vape on 1sept 2026 and still waiting 3weeks later if wasn't for fact I watsapp company to say about order they won't cared less fact spent £15.98 ,wasn't till I was app saying I going trade standard as was joke no way take 4 weeks to deliver a vape .no communication with me until Wats company then made aware was out stock .
By this point we in first week October to which I was told I have different vape sent straight away .
Not fact vape it's fact customer service and waiting is appalling if don't mind waiting 4 weeks plus for vape then by all means but not best never order again from them

Always great quality items and very quick delivery. Additionally the communication is fantastic if there is any issues with an order and quickly resolved

Wish they wouldn't use Royal Mail. Bestvapes are a great business but Royal Mail are unreliable and let them down time and time again.
Still waiting for next day delivery from 26th Sept...hopefully tomorrow 3rd Oct the order will arrive but I'm not feeling confident

Placed a order and when I received it they were not the ones I ordered, upon emailing them they said on my next order I would recive some free items (which I didnt) last time am buying from these.

Had some pods taste of burning they replied to first email and now not responding to give me my money back for the faulty ones

They have a great selection and are very prompt and great communication. Good value for money reasonable priced bought from best vapes for years 5 star.

Fast delivery is great, however, I have several problems to highlight: Either someone in picking and packing cannot read properly or they just don't care what they send out if the vape device or flavour is not available. Only 2 out of 5 orders I made was fulfilled correctly, for example I ordered a limited edition England Vape, and after 1 wrong attempt I received a Scotland edition. Another order for replacement rubies juice resulted in me receiving the full mod; This leads to another problem, the website doesn't seem to update to show items out of stock, so you can place an order and it seems like pot-luck whatever you receive. I do think that 'Best' Vapes are eager to please customers but when this results in wrong orders, you don't really get the best vape. On occasion that you do receive the correct order, service and delivery is fast wit great tracking.

Fast delivery and so easy to order

I ordered a vape on 6.10.26 and an empty package arrived 6.15.26. I emailed them immediately with screen shots of the empty package. I asked for a replacement or reimbursement. 3 emails later and still no response. I have to wait 30 days to report them through Shopify, so hopefully I will get a resolution after that. Customer service is awful and I will not order from here again, or recommend it for that matter.

Excellent choice and service.any problems just call them or text and it's quickly rectified

One of the best shops for vapes, I order online and never had a issue. They get orders out super fast and when there been a issue with stock they called me up to infrom me and asked what I would like instead.
