This is a bad company. Don’t waste your hard earned money with them.
Had my old boiler which was a cylinder. Never had any issue with it. Want to upgrade for a combi boiler so that can have more space in my loft. Then we had new boiler fitted by this company. They send their engineer to checked if can be installed. He checked and say yes he can install it with no problem.Now every time I open cold water tap it trigger the boiler on. Explain to them this is not normal. They refuse to accept it’s a fault great by their engineer and don’t want to know about it or rectify the issue. On top they are saying it’s my fault. The after care they are saying is never helpful. They will not help you. All they want is to get your hard earned money and when they make something wrong they will blame you for it. Don’t waste your money.

Unresponsive and Unhelpful – Would Not Recommend
I had an extremely disappointing experience with BeSure Group. Their customer service is honestly some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Once they’ve got your business, there is absolutely no aftercare whatsoever. Trying to get support is a nightmare, no one ever calls back, no matter how many times you chase them.
To make matters worse, their AI operator “Jodie” is incredibly frustrating to deal with and completely unhelpful. It feels like you’re just going in circles with no real assistance.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value reliable communication and proper customer support, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Lots of misselling.
Last year I had boiler installed by this company. It went all well until a year later when I got an email regarding annual service. It was not made clear that the service had to be done by them to keep the guarantee. When I looked at the costs they were exobitant nearly 400 pounds per annum. Also the dishonest or ignorant salesman said the guarantee would be for 12 year with worster and themselves when I rang worster they confirmed the guarantee with worster was 2 years and not 12 as stated by the salesman. There is lots of miselling by this company and I would advice please avoide them and look for a local gas engineer who would deal with you in honest way.
With regards to workman ship the last boiler installed was done to my satisfaction . This is no critism of the staff involved. I will.recommed to individual home owners who wants to via this rout but it is not suotable for landlords most have contracts with homeserve or BG.

Would not recommend this company to fit…
Would not recommend this company to fit a new boiler. Had to pay up front and boiler was left not working for 3 days. No contact from the company and only an AI answer machine available. The kitchen was damaged during the fitting and again no one to speak to. Only email contact . I had to get legal advice to get my money for the repair cost. Please avoid this company

BE SURE THAT YOU LL HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM...FIRST THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG BOILER FOR THE HOUSE THEN THEY SENT ME THE MOST STUPID ENGINEERS TO INSTALL IT...IT DIDNT WORK IT TOOK 6 MONTH TO SORT THE FIRST PART...SECOND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A LEAK IN MY HOUSE THEIR BOILER WAS FINE...WE HAD TO BREAK THE HOUSE TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO LEAK AND A SIMPLE PLUMBER FIXED THE ISSUES ON THE BOILER INSTALLATION...THE SERVICING IS A NIGHTMARE EACH YEAR ARROGANT GUYS SOME DON T EVEN KNOW HOWTO USE THE BOILER BECAUSE THERE IS INTERNAL SCREEN . ...THEY ARE LAZY REFUSE TO REFILL IT TO THE LEVEL WAS BEFORE ALSO TO PUT BACK PROGRAM TEMPERATURE AS IT WAS...THEY LAUGH AT YOU LIKE YOU DONT KNOW YOUR BOILER ...BESURE WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT ME ON PRIORITY LIST AS IM ILL AND THIS TIME SEND ME EXPERT TO CHECK ...SEEMS THAT WE ll NEED A PLUMBER AFTER THEM TO PUT BACK THINGS AS THEY WERE AND RECHECK THEIR WORK ...JUST A PAIN I LL NEVER BUY AGAIN FORM THIS COMPANY...JUST A NIGHTMARE NOT TALKING ABOUT BILLS I HAVE BECAUSE OF THEM...ITS NEVER THEIR FAULT ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER PS following your response i have sent email no response i called ...Was supposed being called back...agent could hear me didnt try more than 1 sec didnt call back as usual...just sent another email...also you got my name so why dont you call or email me... The boiler is not working again as they didnt put it back as it was it is loosing water but its not a leak in the house...Still same issue as in the past...No one want to fix or change it so this issue stop ...Really unhappy with your company No one care for Sure!
